At the end of the beach, where you found the red cannon in Episode 2, a group sunflowers have gone all brown and wilted because some sea turtles have burrowed into the ground nearby (those things that look like huge Yoshi Eggs). To revive the flowers you need to remove all these pesky turtles, so this spray an egg until the turtle pops out and chase you and lead him to some sand. When he gets close he'll try to ground-pound you, so make sure he misses and gets his butt stuck in the sand. Now ground-pound him, to show him how it's done then he'll give you some coins and one of the sunflowers will come back to life.
