While bouncing around on his trampoline, Wario misjudges his landing and crashes into his boom box. The result? A series of microgames so he can escape!

Microgames

Being the introduction to the game, Wario's microgames are simplified and have relatively easy time limits. Just pay attention to the goals and you should be able to do fine. Wario's boss stage appears every 10 points.

Crazy Cars

  • Medal: 20 points
  • Don't get smashed by the crazy cars!
  • One car will pass by. Pressing A button makes Wario jump over it.
  • At level 2, the car will sometimes stop in the middle and then start moving again.
  • At level 3, the car will occasionally stop and turn back, rather than approach Wario at all.

Wario Whirled

  • Medal: 15 points
  • Stop my spinning face in the right place, will ya?
  • Wario is spinning on a turntable. Press A button to use the needle to stop him. Missing Wario will cause him to fall off.
  • Level 2 will make Wario's platform smaller.
  • Level 3 makes it even smaller.
  • If you're having trouble stopping him in the right place, try pressing A button just before the platform is at the right angle.

Saving Face

  • Medal: 15 points
  • Don't let the stick slip through your mitts, butterfingers!
  • Catch the stick as it drops from above by pressing A button.
  • The stick is shorter at level 2.
  • The stick is even shorter at level 3.

Diamond Dig

  • Medal: 20 points
  • Here's a news flash: I'm greedy! Guide me to the diamonds! Now!
  • As Wario falls, guide him with Neutral dpad into a pit where the diamond is.
  • A rock will be in your way in level 2.
  • The rock is larger in level 3.
  • Don't worry if you hit the hit the ground, you'll slide for a bit before stopping.

Dodge Balls

  • Medal: 15 points
  • You'd better not let your tiny car get crushed by the huge boulders!
  • Guide your car to avoid rolling boulders. They bounce off of walls and themselves, so watch out.
  • Level 1 will have two boulders.
  • Level 2 will have three boulders.
  • Level 3 will have four boulders.
