Fire Emblem/Band of Mercenaries
In Normal mode you will be forced to visit the lower village to recruit Wil, an archer. If you're playing on Hard mode, visit the village anyway. After that, use Kent and Sain to defeat the single archer near you. Remember to send Florina to the north village to receive 2000 gold, but be careful! In this mission there are quite a few axemen and two archers. At her low level, Florina can be killed very easily.
On your next turn use either Kent or Sain to stand in the forest at the edge of the wall, and slowly wear down the enemies as they come to you. This shouldn't be too difficult.
Buy an Iron lance for Florina from the armory. This will be needed for the next mission, but again, be aware that it will drop her speed by a lot, making it easier for enemies to hit her. If you're playing on Hard Mode, make sure to buy a spare Iron sword. Sain doesn't start with one, so another is useful.
The boss doesn't move, so you can weaken him with Wil, and then kill him with whomever you want to give the exp to.
