There are non playable vehicles and things in the game.

C-130 Hercules 4 must be protected but 3 are smuggling aircraft

Ann-225 Cossack in one mission the player must shoot 3 of them down due to nuclear weapons

T-90 Enemy tank

Aircraft Carrier Always protect that ship but one mission the enemy carrier must be sunk

Oil Tanker IN some missions they must not be sunk

Oil Rigs In some missions protect them

Typhoon Sub Enemy sub that threatens various of things that Downtown must guard

PT Boat Good in numbers because they got light weapons

Tu-95 Bear Bombers that threaten everyone

APC A vehicle the player must protect against various foes

AA gun enemy guns that shoot the jets

Heavy SAM Launcher defense against aircraft

Light SAM Launcher Defense against Air

Radar Jammer These things cause radar problems and make missiles useless

Air Refueling Aircraft in one mission the player must bomb them while they are on the ground

Tu-26 Backfire The bomber that must be destroyed and it sits on the tarmac

Numchacka - The Missle boat that takes a lot of hits to kill and attacks ships and other objects that Downtown must protect or they guard things that must be captured. In one mission they were armed with Cruise missles.
