Template:Metal Storm Nav Template:Infobox Metal Storm would be your standard run and gun type of game if it wasn’t for Irem's idea for the Gravity Jump, which lets you walk around on the ceiling and vice versa. The stage and boss designs are also great, since they allow you to use the Gravity Jump often. The game is really quite a gem among the hundreds of NES games that have been released.

Screen info

  • Score: Located in the top-left corner, it tracks how many points you gain from killing enemies and the like. It goes back to 0 once you get a game over.
  • Time: Located in the bottom-left corner, it tracks how much time you have left to complete the stage. This isn't that important really; you should have more than enough time to do everything.
