Stream
There is one blue coin by the gate at the end of the stream to the left of the start point. First appears in Episode 1.
"M" Graffiti (x4)
There are four M-shaped graffiti tags in Bianco Hills. Clean them with FLUDD for one blue coin each. They all appear in Episode 1.
- On the back of the building with two spires: There is one painted on the back wall of the building with two spires.
- On the wall by the water wheel: There is a graffiti tag painted on the wall by the water wheel. It's located to the right side of the rightmost building with a spinning windmill on top if you're coming from the start point.
- On top of the wall by the water wheel: Just to the side of the water wheel, opposite the Turbo Nozzle.
- On the windmill: On the side of the large windmill outside the town area, near the top.
Houses (x3)
There are several blue coins to be found in the houses. They all appear in Episode 1.
- In the alcove: From the start point go down the path with the sprinklers and then head left when you reach the river. There will be a building with two door-like openings on the second floor. Hover into the alcove and spray the left door shaped recess and a blue coin will appear.
- By the windmill-roofed building: There's a blue coin in midair. You can reach it by hovering from the roof of the building with a windmill on it. First appears in Episode 1.
- In the building with two spires: In one of the spires. You can get to the roof from the back with a spin jump, wall-jump, and hover up to the roof or use the building's unique shape to backflip, wall-jump, wall-jump, and hover to the roof. From the front, just spin jump, hover, jump, and hover up.
Graffiti pairs (x2 pairs)
To get these, clean one graffiti tag, and a blue coin will appear at its counterpart. Run to it before it disappears. Since there are two tags, you can get two blue coins.
- X Graffiti: On either side of the straight wall by the water wheel. First appears in Episode 1.
- O Graffiti: On two buildings in the village. First appears in Episode 7.
Mini-windmills
From the start point walk to the end of the path and cross the river. On your right is a gate leading out of the town towards the large windmill. Stand on top of the wall above the gate, facing away from town, and look to your right. You will see a small platform in the shape of a hexagon with a little windmill on the side. Spray the mini-windmill and a blue coin will appear. It first appears in Episode 1.
There is also a blue coin on the mini-windmill to the left of the big windmill when facing it from the front. The mini windmill has two flags hanging from the side of it. To reach it, trampoline jump up the series of ropes that lay one on top of the other at the end of the bridge nearest the large windmill then hover or rocket over from the nearest mini-windmill. It first appears in Episode 3.
Beneath a windmill that is near where you fought Petey Piranha to the west.It first appears in Episode 6.
Lake
There are two blue coins at the bottom of the lake. Episode 1: In the center of the lake to the right of where the bridge starts if you are going towards the large windmill, the other in Episode 7. The last coin can be found on top of a pillar located to the left of the large windmill when facing it from the front. You will need to climb the hill up to the windmill's base then hover over to the pillar. Spray the top of the pillar to get the coin to appear.
Banana Tree
Jump to the banana trees from the wall. Go to the one closest to the water wheel. Hover-spray it until a blue coin appears. It first appears in Episode 3.
Hillside
Hover to one of the hillsides for a blue coin. It first appears in Episode 3.
Pokeys
There are two Pokeys you can kill for blue coins.
- On top of the windmill: It first appears in Episode 3.
- On the rock steps along the cliff: It first appears in Episode 4.
Mud-covered Piantas (x2)
Clean off Piantas covered with mud for blue coins.
- On the road to the windmill: Exit the town through the main gate. Off the path to your right are three vertical logs standing in the stream. Hover over them to the other side and wash down the dirty Pianta there. He first appears in Episode 3.
- On the circular platform along the wall: From the start point head to the end of the path. On your right is a circular tower and at the top there's a dirty Pianta. Spray him clean and he'll give you a blue coin for your trouble. He first appears in Episode 5.
Bridge
There's a blue coin under the bridge. You can get to it by trampoline-jumping from the rope under it.First appears in episode 4.
Petey Piranha (x2)
There are two blue coins in the area where you fight Petey Piranha in Episode 5.
- On the platform above you: From the start point on top of the cliff behind the town are five platforms with a blue coin on top. Get a rocket nozzle from the lake area in order to reach it. It's sitting in the center of two platforms in the lake near the entrance to the Hillside Cave Secret of Episode 3. Only appears in Episode 5.
- Where Petey Piranha was: Inflate the clouds into platforms so you can reach where Petey Piranha was. Then hover over that platform. First appears in Episode 6.
Blue Bird
On the top of the highest windmill above the houses, you'll see a blue bird. Spray it with water to receive a Blue Coin.It first appears in episode 7.
Cliffs
To the right of the gated end of the stream furthest from town is a cliff. Rocket up to the top of it to find a blue coin. First appears in episode 4.
Bees and Butterflies
Eat the blue butterfly with Yoshi for a blue coin. Spray down the beehive and eat all of the bees for another.
