Pokédex

I have scrapped my old idea. I am now in the process of adding sprite images of each of the Pokemon to the table. Once I am finished with that I will totally reorganize that table, and put in order of Pokedex #. I have great ambitions for this article. 0-172 17:59, 7 October 2006 (CDT)

Pokémon list

Not sure if this is true, but to me, Honey Trees seem to have different Pokemon (I think Windworks was Burmy and the meadow place was the monkey (Aipom?)), so if it is, try to list specific honey trees. Again, I'm not sure if it works that way, or if it just happened to be that way for me. Also, I read somewhere that you will see every Pokemon if you battle every trainer, so for rarer Pokemon we can list their trainers. EElensar 16:55, 12 August 2007 (CDT)

Incorrect info on a Pokétch app for D/P?

I noticed that the Coin Flip Pokétch app info says that the Magikarp is the heads side and the Pokéball is the tails side. I always thought it was vice-versa. Am I wrong? I wanted to back up my idea with this theory. Isn't the animal on a real quarter on the tails side? And isn't the thing that can capture the eagle (if you want to think of it like that) on the heads side? Typically the non-person side is the tails side, but this coin doesn't have a person. Another way to look at it is that Magikarp (being a creature) is comparable to the head, while the Poké Ball (being an object) is comparable to the tail. If it doesn't actually say in the game ("oh! Re-challenging Gym Leaders in D/P?

In Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald you could see who you could re-challenge w/ Match Call. But in D/P, you can only re-challenge trainers with the Key Item gadget, which can't be used in buildings. Does anyone know if you can re-challenge Gym Leaders or not in D/P? Myth 15:18, 14 June 2007 (CDT)

Competitive Battling Info?

Why doesn't StrategyWiki have any competitive battling info, like IVs, EVs, etcetera? Seems ever since Meowth346 left the competitive community, there's been a lack of information on the subject. --Tathar 14:03, 15 June 2007 (CDT)

Link to Psypoke

It depends. Since all info on Psypoke is copyrighted, you may only use info that you would be able to find in-game (like names of Pokémon and what each trainer uses, stuff like that), because that stuff cannot be copyrighted by individual people (as it is from the game, it is owned by Game Freaks and Nintendo, however, the WAY it is presented CAN be copyrighted). Yes, since that is all stuff from the game and cannot be copyrighted by other sources (no matter what they say). You don't even need to cite/link to them on each of the guide pages, since it is in-game info that you are getting (and they have a link on the front page anyway). AUS Release

Just to let you know, the Australian release is today, the 21st (and I fixed the release dates up on the page to match this), my Pearl version has come in, I'd gladly help you guys with anything. Route 224

Should a Route 224 section be included? Although it is a dead-end for anybody who hasn't hacked to get Shaymin, shouldn't there be a sections in case someone goes there? Spelling Errors on Table of Contents

Sometimes I've seen that people make spelling errors on the table of contents and therefore make links to pages with the url spelled wrong. I'm trying to fix this, but please be aware that don't make a url unless you are sure3 the spelling is correct.

Cloning Cheat Problem

My brother-in-law and I attempted the GTS cloning cheat, but it doesn't seem to work. Perhaps it's only valid in the Japanese version? Or maybe some clarification needs to be made for when exactly to shut the DS off. --dhelor 02:24, 01 August 2007 (PDT)
