  • Red pandas aren't bears (as stated in Zoopedia).
  • Ratels, ostriches and aardvarks can kill lions.
  • Goblin sharks, Javan rhinoceroses and leatherback sea turtles have never been successfully kept in captivity.
  • Tyrannosaurus rex, Deinosuchus and Styracosaurus did not live in a tropical rainforest enviroment.
  • The game portrays both the male and female okapis as having horns. In real life, only the males have horns.
  • The ostrich and greater flamingo are portrayed as the same size, when they are not in real life.
  • Baby Tyrannosaurus rex and Deinonychus may have had feathers.
  • Dimetrodon and Ankylosaurus did not live in a wetland environment.
  • Stegosaurus may have been able to kill Stokesosaurus.
  • Herds of Triceratops may have been able to kill Tyrannosaurus rex.
  • Ankylosaurus may have been able to kill Tyrannosaurus' rex'.
  • Giant ground sloth was mostly quadrupedal and partly bipedal, instead of wholly bipedal as in the game.
