Chartroom / Wheelhouse (A Deck)
You will start off in the chartroom. Tap the dresser on the left to zoom in, then again to open it. Grab the map inside to get stack of nautical charts. Look down then left, and tap on the map twice while holding stack of nautical charts to get a new file. Tap down then click the bookshelf to the left of the map to get another file. Tap the desk, then the middle drawer to open it. Tap the object inside to get pocket watch.
After Ace manhandles you, you will be in the wheelhouse. Look to the left and click the object to the left of the steering wheel to zoom in, then again to examine it. Tap down, then click on the steering wheel to zoom in, then again to start moving it. You need to move it in the directions from the map and nautical charts you found, which are now in your files. Move the wheel south, west, southwest, northwest, east, and finally north to get handle.
Look down and click the object to the left of the wheel again, and once more while holding the handle to be able to move it. You need to move this to the speeds also listed in your files. Tap the speeds to change them to full, half, slow, full, half, dead slow, and finally stop. Look down, and then right twice. Click on the object in between the doors, and then again while holding poket watch. Look down and tap the door on the left. Click on the object in the middle of the door to zoom in on it, and then tap the pocket watched-shaped hole in the middle while holding the pocket watch to unlock it. Look down and tap on the door to escape.
Communication Office / Captain’s Quarters (A Deck)
You start off in the captain’s quarters. Tap the nightstand next to the bed, and then the object next to the lamp to get music box. Look down then right, then tap the middle drawer and the object inside to get a new file. Tap the keyboard, then examine any of the screens to initiate some conversation.
As Ace requested, you are now in the communication office. Turn right and grap the item on top of the desk to get small screwdrivers. Combine it with music box to get cylinder. Tap the drawers to open one, and grab the object inside to get ink. Combine it with cylinder to get dirty cylinder. Look down then left, and tap the desk to zoom in on it. Tap the drawers on the left and grab the object inside to get paper. Combine that with dirty cylinder to get Morse code chart. The chart is Morse code for “35=Z”.
Look down, then tap any instrument on the table for a close-up. Tap the telegraph on the right, then on the black button while holding Morse code chart to start entering Morse code. You have to enter the code from your item Morse code chart, which is thoughtfully displayed on the top screen. Enter a dot with a short tap of the button, and hold it down to enter a dash. Tap the middle drawer, and then again to open it. Tap the item inside to get a new file, then the newly revealed object to get unique key. Look down twice and turn right, then tap on the door to head back to the captain’s quarters.
Click on the door, and then on the keypad lock to zoom in on it. Tap the rectangle on the right while holding unique key, then tap any of the buttons to begin entering the combination. You need to enter the word seen on the TV screens, “ZERO”, in numerical form as the passcode. To find the number for each letter, start counting from 0, and once you get to double digits, substitute letters for the numbers. So, ‘A’ is 10, ‘B’ is 11, etc. Essentially, find the numerical position of each letter in the alphabet (1 for ‘A’, 2 for ‘B’, etc.) and add 9 to it. Remember the translation of Morse code chart, which read “35=Z”. If you don’t understand, check the file “The numerical system chart” you got from the desk earlier. You end up with ‘Z’ is 35, ‘E’ is 14, ‘R’ is 27, and ‘O’ is 24.
So, enter the code ‘35142724’, then hit the ‘E’ button to unlock the door. Look down, and tap on the handle to open it and escape.
If you went through this door, you have either gotten the Axe, Coffin, or True ending.
If you get the Axe or Coffin ending, your game will end. At the title screen, select “Begin with Memories” to start again, at the Prologue.
If you get the True ending, you will go through Door 9.
