Map of the land of Kunashiria

Ratal spring[edit]

When you emerge from the ghost king cave, follow the coast south; when you see the tower, turn east instead. Soon, Ratal spring will become visible.

Spirit's tower[edit]

Map of the Spirit's tower

At the entrance, Maria has a choice of three paths:

  1. East path: get 100 Rubies on the same ground floor.
  2. Center path: find a fragment of hope (n.14) on floor 2.
  3. West path: the only path to the town at the top.

Cave on Mod's island[edit]

Use the brooms and leave Kunashiria to get back to Bread island. Pay 1700 Rubies and sail to Mod's island.

After the entrance the tunnels divide in several paths. Two of them are dead-ends, the other two paths lead to treasure chests:

  1. South-east: Giant's crystal;
  2. North-West: fragment of Hope (n.15).

North pyramid[edit]

Located straight north from Ratal spring. The ground floor has a square hall with a staircase in every corner.

  • South-west staircase: it forks into three paths:
    • South: ice shoes
    • Middle: Dwarf's Magicaxe
    • North: dead end
  • South-east staircase: fragment of hope (n.16)
  • North-east staircase: 200 Rubies
  • North-west staircase: 200 Rubies

Cave of lava[edit]

This cave is visible between Ratal spring and the local pyramid. The ice shoes found in the pyramid are necessary.

After the entrance, the path crosses a lava river. If Maria continues along the path, she will get to a dead end with 100 Rubies. If she goes north, she will find a fragment of hope (n.17).

The south path has a chest with 200 Rubies, then it continues to the exit, on the other side of the mountains.

Cave of the statue[edit]

Located in the desert beyond the cave of lava. At the entrance, Maria is at at a crossroads.

You can explore the cave in this order: (1) your goal; (2) fragments of hope; (3) the rest.

  • South: at the fork, ignore the stairs to the east/right and take the stairs to the west/left; the tunnel leads to the chest with the statue.
  • East: a short dead end.
  • North: the path forks, and there is one fragment of hope (n.18-19) at each end.
  • West: the longest of the four passages, to be explored after collecting the two fragments of hope; at the first fork, continue straight west (north goes downstairs); at the second fork, go north for a chest with bread; continue east and go downstairs; on the lower floor, take the north path at the fork (the west path leads back upstairs); collect the bread from the chest; the two remaining paths in this basement both lead upstairs, where you can leave the dungeon.

Cave of the dragon[edit]

Located south-west from Batasa's forest. It is an almost featureless cave, but the enemies there belong to the next chapter already.

Boss: dragon[edit]

All you have to do is to use the statue at the very beginning of the battle, then Twana will do the rest.

Dragon: "Finally I will eat again, but this human is hardly even a bit for me. Oh, well, I will eat it anyway."
Statue: At the same time you were using the statue, Twana appeared from the lamp, took the statue, and fought the dragon. What happened? A mysterious blue light enveloped the dragon. The dragon disappeared instantly and at the same time, Twana disappeared with the statue.
