Once the first-person view of Lucky and Wild's red car reappears upon the screen and the stage's main theme starts to be heard from the Yamaha YM-2151, "Bear"'s red monster truck (which has the text "BOSS" flashing above it) will crash through the window of that large building on the left side of the screen, and "Bear" himself will then fire a shot at your car to shatter its windscreen for a fifth and penultimate time before driving away; if you are Lucky, you will then have to step on the pedal to accelerate the car as two Black Cars come driving into view from behind you with two Carloses, a Galvez and a Daniel firing shots at you from them. Once you've fired a shot at both of the Carloses, the Galvez and the Daniel to kill them and enough shots at both of the Black Cars to destroy them, you will drive into a tunnel as a Chopper drops down onto the car from the top of the screen and starts firing shots at you - and once you have fired a shot at him to kill him, you will come to four squashed cars (one blue, one white, and two yellow), that "Bear"'s monster truck has flattened. Once you've driven around them you'll come out of the tunnel as "Bear"'s monster truck flattens four more cars (one red, one white, one blue and one green); a White Helicopter will then come hovering into view (from the right side of the screen) with an Alf firing tomahawk missiles at you from it. Once you've fired a shot at the Alf to kill him (and enough shots at the White Helicopter to destroy it), two more Black Cars will come driving into view from behind you with two more Carloses firing shots at you from them - and once you have fired a shot at both of the Carloses to kill them and enough shots at both of the Black Cars to destroy them, a fifth Black Car will come driving into view from behind you, with another Galvez firing shots at you from it. Once you've fired a shot at the Galvez to kill him and enough shots at the Black Car to destroy it, a second Chopper will drop down onto the car from the top of the screen and start firing shots at you; once you have fired a shot at him to kill him a sixth Black Car will come driving into view from behind you with two more Carloses firing shots at you from it. Once you fire off a shot at both of the Carloses to kill them and enough shots at the Black Car to destroy it, a third Chopper will drop down onto the car from above, then start firing shots at you - and once you've fired a shot at him to kill him, a seventh Black Car will come driving into view from behind you with a third Galvez firing shots at you from it. Once you have fired a shot at the Galvez to kill him and enough shots at the Black Car to destroy it, two more Black Cars will come driving into view from behind you with a seventh Carlos and two more Daniels firing shots at you from them; once you have fired a shot at both of the Carloses and Daniels to kill them, and enough shots at both of the Black Cars to destroy them you will drive up a ramp and fly over a pit of water before landing upon the other side. Three Buggies will then come driving into view from behind you with six Killers (wearing crash helmets) firing shots at you from them - and once you have fired a shot at each of the Killers to kill them and enough shots at each of the Buggies to destroy them three more Buggies will come driving into view from behind you with six more Killers (again wearing crash helmets), throwing grenades at you from them. Once you fire one shot at each of the Killers to kill them and enough shots at each of the Buggies to destroy them another White Helicopter will hover down into view from the top of the screen while dropping Parachute Bombs on you - and once you fire off enough shots at this to destroy it, two more Buggies will come driving into view from behind you with four more Killers (once again wearing crash helmets), throwing Molotov cocktails at you from them. Once you have fired a shot at each of the Killers to kill them and enough shots at both of the Buggies to destroy them a diamond-shaped sign with an exclamation mark inside it and the text of "DANGER" will start flashing up upon the screen, as you come to a car transporter (parked in front of a freight train passing by from the right side of the screen); once you have driven up the car transporter, flown over the freight train and landed on the other side, a tenth Black Car will come driving into view from behind you with a fourth Galvez and a Roger firing shots at you from it. Once you fire off a shot at the Galvez and the Roger to kill them and enough shots at the Black Car to destroy it, you'll come to another car transporter parked in front of another freight train that is passing from the right side of the screen - and once you have driven up this second car transporter, flown over this second freight train, then landed on the other side, you will come up to an eleventh Black Car with a Fire throwing Molotov cocktails at you from it. Once you have fired a shot at the Fire to kill him and enough shots at the Black Car to destroy it a third White Helicopter will hover down into view from the top of the screen (while dropping Parachute Bombs on you); once you fire enough shots at it to destroy it, you'll come to a twelfth Black Car with another Fire throwing Molotov cocktails at you from it. Once you've fired a shot at the Fire to kill him and enough shots at the Black Car to destroy it, a fourth Chopper will drop down onto the car from above and start firing shots at you - and once you've fired a shot at him to kill him, a thirteenth Black Car will come driving into view from behind you with a third Fire throwing Molotov cocktails at you from it. Once you have fired a shot at the Fire to kill him and enough shots at the Black Car to destroy it, the stage's "boss" theme will start to be heard from the Yamaha YM-2151 as you come to "Bear"'s aforementioned red monster truck with a Killer and a Sniper firing both regular and tomahawk missiles at you from it; once you have fired a shot at the Killer and the Sniper to kill them and enough shots at "Bear"'s monster truck to blow its engine (it takes a lot of hits), it will be thrown into the air and perform a somersault, then land and roll over several times before eventually stopping on its side. "Bear" will then fall out of the cab, onto the ground - and the screen will cut to a shot of Lucky and Wild pointing their guns at him (he will not have any time to try to run away).
You'll then receive 80 bonus points (or "dollars") for every criminal killed during the stage (for a fifth time, it is kept track of by the computer in the bottom-right corner of the screen), along with 3000 bonus points (or "dollars") for capturing "Bear" himself; it is also worth noting that "Bear" is aged 43 (meaning he was born in 1949), and his crime is smuggling weapons. The screen will then, for a fifth time, zoom out on the exterior shot of the "Pink Cats Garage", before fading out - and once it fades back in, Lucky and Wild will for a fifth time find themselves back inside that garage for even more repairs. However, if the timer should run out, he'll drive off into the distance, as the text "GOT AWAY" appears on the screen; you will, for a fifth time, not receive the 3000-point bonus for his capture or go to the "Pink Cats Garage". There is only one more stage left to go now - and it ends in a battle with "Big Cigar" himself!
