The bosses of Mushi no Kuni are the Aratizu, a pair of giant purplish-green grinning spheres, who hover around the last platform while firing marbles at Alice simultaneously; the point value for the two is 30000.

For those of you who have not noticed, this world is a palette-swap of that second one; so once Alice has dropped down onto the platform and the world's theme has started to be heard from the Yamaha YM-2151, start walking forward by pushing of the joystick into the "north-east" position as four Slimes (two Red and two Green) come oozing towards you. Once you have blown a bubble at each of these to knock them over the edge, you'll have to jump over four orange walls that are moving up and down (which will, yet again, bounce you back if you touch them) while watching out for four Tombows flying around in circles - and once you have blown a bubble at all four of them, to kill them, you will come to the section of the platform that is moving left and right which has two more Tombows flying around in circles above it. Once you've blown a bubble at both of these, to kill them, an Ohm will come crawling down that next section of the platform towards you; as you attack it, its spots will change colour (from blue to yellow to red) before it eventually disintegrates. An Imo will then come hovering towards you - the head is its only vulnerable point, and as you hit it, its body will change colour (from blue/orange to yellow/green), before it eventually disintegrates. Once you've walked onto that section of the platform moving left and right, you'll have to blow a bubble at the Box on the left ledge ahead of you to break it open; once you have done so, it will leave one Green Crystal behind. You will then have to repeat the process for a Bomb that is bouncing in place upon the right ledge ahead of you to make it explode before walking onto the next section of the platform - and once you have collected the Green Crystal, several Kuwa, another Ohm, another Imo, and three Dice will come crawling, hovering and rolling down the platform towards you. Once you have blown enough bubbles at each of them to kill them, you will come to two more sections of platform moving left and right which must be used in order to jump onto the next section of the platform; once you have jumped onto the next section of the platform, sixteen more Slimes (two Red, twelve Green and two Blue) will come oozing towards you. Once you have blown a bubble at each of them to knock them off the edge, a third Ohm will come crawling towards you - and once you have blown enough bubbles at it, to kill it, you will come to two Ball Halls that are built into the platform with twelve more Bombs bouncing in place between them. Once you have blown a bubble at all of them, to destroy them or make them explode, you will have to choose one of five different narrow paths (with five different second Boxes on them); but you will also have to watch out for five more Tombows flying around in circles as you go. The powerups that the Boxes contain are, in order, two Red Crystals, a Balloon, a Purple Crystal, and a Blue Crystal - and if you chose the path with that first Red Crystal, you'll come to two more Boxes which will leave two more Red Crystals behind when you blow a bubble at them to break them open. But regardless of which path you choose, you'll always come to a point where the platform widens again, and you'll have to deal with three more Tombows that are flying around in circles; once you've blown a bubble at each of them to kill them, you will come to a third Box on the left side of the platform. Once you have blown a bubble at it to break it open - it will leave a third Red Crystal behind - and once you have collected it a third Imo will come hovering towards you. Once you've blown enough bubbles at it to kill it, you will come to three more Ball Halls that are built into the platform, along with thirty-five more Bombs bouncing in place; once you've blown a bubble at all of them to destroy them, or make them explode, the platform will narrow again and three more Ohm will come crawling towards you. Once you've blown enough bubbles at each of these, to kill them, a fourth Imo will come hovering towards you - and once you have blown enough bubbles at it to kill it, you will come to a small chequered platform that is moving back and forth. Once you've jumped onto it, you'll be carried over to that seventh boss platform; once you have jumped onto it, the "boss" theme will start to be heard from the Yamaha YM-2151 for a seventh time as you are drawn into a double battle with the Aratizu: a pair of giant purplish-green grinning spheres who attack by hovering around the platform in a manner similar to that of Arumeikon while firing marbles at Alice simultaneously. Once you have blown enough bubbles at one of them, his barrier of spinning orbs will explode, and he will charge directly at Alice in a manner similar to that of Reidokku - so you will have to make him explode before he knocks you over the edge. The remaining one will repeat this process once you have blown enough bubbles at him; once you've made him explode, the "stage clear" theme will be heard from the Yamaha YM-2151 for a seventh time, and he will leave a portal to the penultimate world behind which Alice will promptly jump into. You'll then receive 10 bonus points for every tenth of a second you have remaining - and not only is the game's penultimate world a palette-swap of that fourth one, but it also features anthropomorphic playing cards.
