QT "Accident" Bonus Game intro.png

Occasionally, after clearing a scene, the screen shall start flashing red as the Hiragana and Katakana texts of akushidento (あくしでんと and アクシデント), which both mean "accident", flash up to the left of a creature who is wearing a nurse's hat with the Hiragana character me (め) on it and a ruff around the neck of his heptahedron-shaped head (he also has legs, but no arms); once the screen ceases flashing, the following three-script text appears to his left:

ちょっくらここで (Cho kkura koko de)
オイラと腕だめし (Oira to udedameashi)
してみねえか? (Shite minē ka?)
ほうびもあるぜ。 (Hōbi mo aru ze.)
Translation: Do you not try to disguise your arm with Oira for a moment?
There is a reward.

ルールは簡単。オ (Rūru ha kantan. O)
イラの言う番号の (Ira no iu bangō)
ボタンを素早く押 (Botan wo subayaku oshimasu)
すんでい。 (Sundei.)
Translation: The rules are simple.
Push the number button of Oira quickly.

正解に応じてオニ (Seikai ni kotaete oni)
ギリをやろう。 (Giri wo yarō.)
いくぜ! (Ikuze!)
Translation: Let's do the onigiri according to the correct answer.
Let's go!

The Kanji text Yōi! (用意!) will then appear above both lords, followed by the Kanji/Hiragana text Hajime! (始め!) and the second Kanji text 10-byō (10秒); the Kanji text Ichi/Ni/San/Shi oshite (一/二/三/四 押して) will now appear in the boxes above both lords with the number 0 below it and you'll have to push the corresponding button as the ten-second timer starts to count down. Every time you press the correct button, the numeral in the Kanji text will change and the number below it will increase by one - but every time you press the wrong button or do not respond within one second the number will decrease by one. The Kanji texts Ichi/Ni/San/Shi osazu ni (一/二/三/四 押さずに) and Ichi/Ni/San/Shi osanai (一/二/三/四 押さない) may also occasionally appear in the boxes above the lords, in which case you should not press the button they refer to for that second to receive a point; once the timer has run out, the Kanji text Shūryō! (終了!) shall appear on the screen followed by the three-script text Yakusokuda onigiri wo yarō. (約束だオニギリをやろう。). A second three-script text, Seikai itsutsu de onigiri 1-ko. (正解5つでオニギリ1個。) will now appear on the screen - and this means that both lords will receive one life-onigiri for every five points they have. A third three-script text, Shitagatte onigiri ha X-koda). (従ってオニギリはX個だ。) will now appear in the boxes above both lords (X being the amount of life-onigiri they receive); however, if they did not receive any life-onigiri at all, the Hiragana/Katakana text of N, onigiri ha yara reta. (ん、おにぎりはやられた。) will appear in the boxes instead. The game will now return to the current round's overworld map, as the lords proceed to its next scene - however, it is also worth noting that this challenge shall never be invoked after clearing a fourth scene due to its boss.
