Skills affect the general ability of an attack or ability.

At the start of the game, your characters have a set of abilities that already have skill points invested. These characters may also not have immediate access to all skills, and as such you cannot assign skill points to these skills until they are learned. A character can use a skill even if no points are invested in it.

If you make a mistake in assigning skill points, you can obtain a skill refund point by winning a battle.

The tables show the skills, which characters start with them, and at which level.

Explosive Shell Ranged concussive attack. Full damage on first enemy, and half on adjecent enemy. (5.0S +0.06PS) * (82-S)/82 + 4.2P + 16 + 6W
