Welcome to StrategyWiki![edit]

Hello 01110011! Welcome to StrategyWiki. Thank you for your contributions. If you have any questions, just contact a sysop through their talk page or post on the staff lounge, and they'd be happy to help. If you need help editing, check the StrategyWiki Guide. If you have a question about the content on this wiki, you can check out our staff lounge page. If you want to ask questions or hang out in IRC, we're usually around. On the other hand, if you have ideas for StrategyWiki, bring them up on the community portal talk page. Please remember to sign your name on, and only on, talk pages by clicking Wikisigbutton.png or using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. Finally, please do your best to always fill in the edit summary field as this helps to document all of your hard work. Feel free to delete this message from your talk page if you like, or keep it for reference. Happy editing! -- DrBob (talk) 08:32, 10 February 2008 (CST)

Show Preview[edit]

Hello 01110011! Thanks for contributing to StrategyWiki! I'd like to point you to the "Show preview" button at the bottom of the edit page. When making an edit to a page, it is best to "Show preview" first. This way if there is something you want to change, you can fix it before saving the page. This in turn prevents clutter in the Recent Changes and helps sysops easily patrol edits. If you have any questions please feel free to ask at the Staff Lounge. Happy editing! --—The preceding unsigned comment was added by DrBob (talkcontribs) . @ 11:08, 10 February 2008 (CST)

Navigation links[edit]

Hi. If you look carefully, there are navigation links quite similar to what you'd written above the Header Nav, and they are hyperlinked. ;-) --DrBob (talk) 09:18, 2 March 2008 (CST)

Blank pages[edit]

Hello, in order to avoid having content-less pages, please nominate a page for deletion once you've moved all of the content (as you did with Rappelz/Deva). Just put {{delete}} at the top of the page and an admin will delete it. Thanks, Koweja (Talk | Contributions) 21:43, 8 March 2008 (CST)

Continued as "Binary"[edit]

On 12 March 2008 this account is blocked because the username contained digits only. I continued as user Binary. Binary 02:27, 15 March 2008 (CDT)

Since today the blockage of my account is solved so I continue under this name. 01110011 04:02, 15 March 2008 (CDT)

Welcome Back[edit]

I'm glad to see you adapted. Sorry about the account block, I thought Ech would have fixed it as he had said so in the staff lounge discussion or whatever. Anyways - you know you have a user page right? --Notmyhandle (talk contribs) 03:45, 15 March 2008 (CDT)

Page hierarchies[edit]

Please do not create hierarchies (like Rappelz/Items/Other Items) - there's no need to unless there are two pages that have the name "Other Items", and I know there isn't one for Rappelz. --Notmyhandle (talk contribs) 03:59, 15 March 2008 (CDT)

I would like to create hierarchies in the header, see "Navigation links" above, like DrBob advices. The only way (I know) to get the header filled with a path is put the path in the page name. Is there a better way? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 01110011 (talkcontribs) .
Yes, click the [show] link in the Header Nav or Footer Nav and browse to that page. Naming hierarchies are not recommended, as it makes linking harder and the title on top very large. You can order them in visual hierarchies in the Table of Contents, but that should only be a visual ordering, not actually naming them like that. --Skizzerz (talk · contribs) 10:43, 15 March 2008 (CDT)
