You start the chapter near the pool, at the X-Mansion. When you're done with the collectibles, start another mission in the War Room.
The next mission
When you get to the War Room, the meeting organized by Beast appears to have been done because the X-Mansion is under attack. You will need to repel the invaders with the help of Jean Grey. After this, go talk to Jean Grey again (she's near Cerebro), then go to the War Room again to start the next mission. You will be able to choose between two, do as you like.
