Hollowed-out rocks are rocks that have been hollowed out and have items stashed in them.

Locations

• Abandoned Brotherhood of Steel Bunker - In small cluster of rocks on the slope leading to grating.
  
• Black Rock Cavern - North of the fallen radar dish.
  
• Bloodborne Cave - Right of the entrance.
  
• Boulder Beach Campground - Northwest of the jetties, by the road.
  
• Bradley's Shack - West of the entrance.
  
• Broc Flower Cave - Bottom of the entrance slope.
  
• Camp Guardian - Bottom of the path leading to camp, by the population sign.
  
• Cannibal Johnson's Cave - Right of the entrance.
  
• Cazador Nest - East side of the nest alcove, facing towards the alcove.
  
• Chance's Map - Adjacent to the dirt map.
  
• Charleston Cave - Rock wall, by the heart graffiti.
  
• Cottonwood Cove - Between the two sets of crucifixion poles.
  
• Crescent Canyon West - West exit slope, next to a rusting car.
  
• Crescent Canyon East - East exit slope, after the rail bridge.
  
• Dead Wind Cavern - South rock wall a small way from the entrance.
  
• El Dorado Dry Lake - West of the dead Brahmin, in the dry lake.
  
• Fire Root Cavern - Bottom of the entrance slope, to the left.
  
• Fisherman's Pride Shack - Northwest of the shack, by the campfire.
  
• Follower's Outpost - One of the steps of the signal box structure.
  
• Goodsprings Cave - Right of the entrance.
  
• Hidden Supply Cave - Left of the entrance.
  
• Hidden Valley - West of the eastern bunker, with heart graffiti.
  
• Jack Rabbit springs - Shore of the dry lake, south of the pools of radiation.
  
• Jacobstown - Outside the entrance to the right, where the Super Mutants stand guard.
  
• Lucky Jim Mine - Beyond the shack, by the cart.
  
• Makeshift Great Khan Camp - West side of camp, near the desert plants.
  
• Morning Star Cavern - By the entrance, next to the bones and explosive crate.
  
• Northern Passage - Eastern rock wall, near the grave.
  
• Power Ganger Camp East - Next to a Honey Mesquite Tree south of the camp.
  
• Primm - Above the concrete support wall, near the scattered chems and rock perimeter.
  
• Primm Pass - Western end of the pass, near Brahmin bones.
• Remnant's Bunker - North of the entrance.
  
• Ruby Hill Mine - Rock wall, right of the door.
  
• Searchlight North Gold Mine - South of the entrance hole.
  
• Searchlight East Gold Mine - Southeast of the entrance on a pile of rock and shale.
  
• Silver Peak Mine - Right of the shack that you enter through.
  
• Techatticup Mine - Right of the entrance.
  
• Tribal Village - At the start of the ravine path, near the corpses and tents.
  
• Vault 11 - Right of the entrance.
  
• Vault 22 - Across from the "Keep Out" sign.
  
• Walking Box Cavern - East of the entrance.
  
• Yangtze Memorial - Btttom of the south steps.
