Fall City Ranger Base[edit]
With your mission complete at the factory, you and Prof. Hastings go back to the Fall City Ranger Base. He promotes you to Ranger Rank 8. With this new Rank, you can now use Ice Poké Assists.
Joel comes back to the base and says that Spenser and him found information that Go-Rock's Hideout is near Wintown. As a result, Spenser stayed in Wintown to further investigate. Prof. Hastings says another ranger should go help him and you are picked to go. You can't use the Dragonite Bus to Wintown, so what can you do?

Head up to the Olive Jungle and the mission starts.
