Blooper

It is a squid-like thing found in Ricco Harbor. You can spray it to make it dizzy for a while, or you can squish it for a coin.

Blue Bullet

It's like a Bullet Bill, but when sprayed it makes a Water Carton.

Bob-omb

A walking black bomb that appears in multiple places. They can be stunned by spraying them and then thrown at the moles in the red cannons.

Boo

A Slobbering ghost that can turn invisible and mimic a coin or Shadow Mario.

Bowser

The Final Boss in the game he is also partnered up with Bowser.Jr who caused the crime and made Shadow Mario and the graffiti.They are at Corona Mountain. To defeat them run to each of the five corners and keep spraying Water.

Grouper

Grouper are fish creatures that will drag Mario under the water when he is swimming. There is a glitch when Mario swims while carrying a fruit, the fish will chase him but will not be able to touch him.

Bullet Bill

A missile that comes from the red cannon operated by a monty mole, and can either be sprayed or jumped on to be defeated.

Cataquack

Huge, walking ducks that appear in Gelato Beach. They will chase after Mario if he is spotted by one or more. The Blue ones do no damage to Mario whilst the red ones do.

Cheep-Cheep

These creatures are fish that are able to jump high distances. They become very useful in epesode 8 of Ricco Harbor.

Gold Bullet

It's like a Bullet Bill, but when sprayed, it makes ten coins.

Gooper Blooper

A larger form of a Blooper with a cork in its mouth. It is a boss in some levels.

Mecha Bowser

Another Boss being controlled by Bowser.Jr

Pokey

Strange, large enemies that are made of spiky yellow spheres for a body that are disguised as regular pink flowers until Mario comes close.

Shadow Mario

In certain times, he will carry a Yoshi Egg or one of FLUDD's attachments. He is a boss for some levels.

Seedy Pod

Seedy Pods are like Mini Pokeys but are dark blue and do not live in the ground. When mario comes to close they will go underground and start releasing seeds out of their exposed flowers that hurt Mario

Sleeping Boo

A HUGE Boo that is asleep in the hotel. It has a lethal touch and it will block doors and paths that Mario needs to get through. It can only be defeated with Yoshi by being eaten.

Torpedo Ted

Torpedo Ted is a Bullet Bill That is Purple and has a red nose. It will target Mario directly and will blink its nose when it has done so. Sort of like a mechanical version of that weird Christmas reindeer.

Strollin' Stu

Strollin' Stu is a small creature that will chase Mario and hurt him on contact. A simple jump on the head will destroy them. they are most notable for their Polkadot pants. They might also be distant cousins of Goombas.
