Missions in Smuggler's Run 2 are split up into four parts:
- Training Missions
- Missions in Georgia (desert)
- Missions in Vietnam
- Missions in George (winter)
Each mission is described and vehicle selection is discussed. Additional information is provided for attaining high scores, and the walkthrough takes the perspective of both a first play of the game, unlocking vehicles and countermeasures along the way, as well as replaying with all options already available.
