GameCube
- Control Stick: move
- C stick: moves camera
- L button: Call allies
- R button: Changes what superhero you are using
- A button: Punch
- A button (while holding R): Mutant Power 1
- B button: attack/knockback
- B button (while holding R): Mutant Power 2
- X button: Use item/Pickup item/Throw enemy
- X button (while using control stick): throws enemy in direction pushed
- X button (while holding R) Mutant Power 3
- Y button: Jump, special (when you double tap the button)
- Y button (while holding R): Xtreme Power
- X and Z buttons at the same time: use energy pack
- Z button: Use health pack
