Mario Power Tennis continues with the success of the N64 version. What's new to this game is the power play of offensive and defensive that can be devastating to use against your opponents. What's also new is the courts and the minigames that has been added to bring more depth to this like adding obstacles while playing through the set.

With such a success with this game, the Wii version has been faithfully rendered for this game essentially like "Wii Sports" by swinging the Wii Remote like a tennis racket.
