Just like in almost every RPG game, "Status Effect" will either do something good or bad upon the character or enemy. This game is no different but there's not really any good effect for the characters, beside "abilities" that's gain from level up, depending what job you choose.

Eventually this effect wears off after a certain amount of turns been pass.
