Get inside the elevator. If you choose helping Selphie now you will have a quick explanation about Balamb Garden using the front console. You can use this console to quickly travel to any of the nodes in the ground floor of the Garden. After this quick tutorial, you can take a look around or head to the front gate where Quistis is waiting.
