Before you Defeat Rayquaza, Articuno is the last legendary Pokémon you will meet. There are 10 floors to this dungeon, then the last 3 floors will lead you to the Pokémon itself. If your team is weak enough the introductory dungeon, Snow Path, will also be available before Frosty Forest.
If you became Treecko, the best moves to keep yourself alive are Mega Drain and Brick Break. Your Absol should also be with you and using its most powerful attacks. BE WARNED, your energy goes quickly so the item recommendations are:

- 2x Oran Berries
- 4x Reviver Seed
- 2x Heal Seed
