Below are the controls for the PlayStation, Sega Saturn, PC, and Nintendo DS versions of Biohazard. The interface is the same for all versions of Biohazard.

PlayStation Controls

  • D-PAD UP = Move character forward
  • D-PAD DOWN = Move character backwards
  • D-PAD LEFT = Turn character left
  • D-PAD RIGHT = Turn character right
  • START = Inventory Screen
  • SELECT = No use
  • L1 = No use
  • L2 = No use
  • R1 = Aim current weapon
  • R2 = No use
  • CIRCLE BUTTON = No use
  • X BUTTON = Action (open doors, shoot, use item, etc.)
  • SQUARE BUTTON = Run (hold square button down with d-pad direction to run in that direction)
  • TRIANGLE BUTTON = Cancel (exit menus, exit current files, etc.)

Sega Saturn Controls

  • D-PAD UP = Move character forward
  • D-PAD DOWN = Move character backwards
  • D-PAD LEFT = Turn character left
  • D-PAD RIGHT = Turn character right
  • START = Inventory Screen
  • L BUTTON = No use
  • R BUTTON = Aim current weapon
  • A BUTTON = Cancel (exit menus, exit current files, etc.)
  • B BUTTON = Action (open doors, shoot, use item, etc.)

PC Version Keymaps

Unknown default keymaps. You can, however, configure your own controls in the options menu.

Nintendo DS Version Controls

  • D-PAD UP = Move character forward
