Editing Pac-Man's Revenge/Walkthrough

[[Pac-Man]] starts [[Idem Soft]]'s unofficial Spain-only [[1988]] entry to [[:Category:Pac-Man|his series]], [[Pac-Man's Revenge]], on the left side of the castle's ground floor; start walking to the right and pick up the syringe, then walk back to the left and climb the ladder, and jump over that magenta-outlined ghost that is hovering towards him from the right side of the screen, before walking off that same side of the screen (as the ghost will reverse direction after it has been jumped over).

Pac-Man will now be on the right side of the castle's first floor; jump over the green-outlined ghost that is hovering towards him from the right side of the screen and climb the first staircase to go to the castle's second floor, then jump over that white-outlined ghost that is hovering towards him from the left side of the screen before walking off that same side of the screen (as the ghost will, for a second time, reverse direction after it has been jumped over).

Pac-Man will now be on the left side of the second floor; jump over the green-outlined ghost that is hovering towards him from the left side of the screen and climb the staircase in order to go to the castle's third floor, then jump over the white-outlined ghost that is hovering towards him from the left side of the screen, climb the first staircase to go to the castle's fourth floor, jump over those magenta and yellow-outlined ghosts that are hovering towards him from the left side of the screen (the match depicted in the image above shall not be there yet), climb the ladder and walk off the right side of the screen.

Pac-Man shall now be on the right side of the castle's roof; jump over the green-outlined ghost that hovers towards him from the right side of the screen, drop down the ladder, jump over the cyan-outlined ghost that is hovering towards him from the left side of the screen, pick up the bottle, jump back over that aforementioned cyan-outlined ghost, climb that aforementioned ladder, jump back over the green-outlined ghost, and walk off the screen's left side.

Pac-Man will now be back on the left side of that roof; drop down the ladder, jump back over the magenta- and yellow-outlined ghosts that are hovering towards him from the right side of the screen, climb back down the staircase to go back to the third floor, jump over the white-outlined ghost that hovers towards him from the right side of the screen and climb back down the second staircase to go back down to the second floor then jump over the green-outlined ghost that is hovering towards him from the right side of the screen, and walk back off that same side of the screen before it catches up to him.

Pac-Man will now be back on the right side of that second floor; jump over the white-outlined ghost that is hovering towards him from the left side of the screen, climb down the staircase and walk off the left side of the screen before the green-outlined ghost has reached him, then jump over the magenta-outlined ghost that is hovering towards him from the left side of the screen, climb down the ladder, and drop down the trap door to the castle basement.

Pac-Man is now in the left half of the basement; jump to the right to the rope and slide down it, jump to the left over the spike bed, jump to the left to the chain and press H six times to climb it, jump to the left over another bed of spikes, jump to the left to another ladder and climb down it, jump to the right over the cyan-outlined ghost that is hovering towards him from the right side of the screen and to the third ladder to climb down it, jump over the green-outlined ghost which is hovering towards him from the right side of the screen and a third spike bed, pick up the key, then jump back to the left over the aforementioned spike bed and green-outlined ghost, climb the third ladder, jump back to the left over the cyan-outlined ghost, climb the second ladder, jump back to the right over the second spike bed, fall down the chain, jump back to the right over the first spike bed, jump back to the right to the rope, and press H six times to climb it, and jump back to the left to the first ladder and climb it. Pac-Man must revisit this room twice more to finish the game.

Pac-Man will now be back on the left side of the ground floor; walk back to the left, climb the ladder, jump over the magenta-outlined ghost that hovers towards him from the right side of the screen and walk off that same side of the screen, then jump over the green-outlined ghost which hovers towards him from the right side of the screen, climb down the second staircase to go back down to the ground floor, jump over the green ghost that is hovering towards him from the right side of the screen, and climb down the second staircase to go to the right half of the basement (and rescue [[Ms. Pac-Man]]).

Pac-Man will now be in that right half of the basement; jump to the right over the magenta-outlined ghost that is hovering towards him from the right side of the screen, and onto the second platform, then over two beds of spikes and onto a rope to slide down it, then to the left over the green-outlined ghost that is hovering towards him from the left side of the screen (and skull, as that shall kill Pac-Man if he touches it as well), climb down the ladder, jump to the right over a third spike bed and a cyan-outlined ghost that is hovering towards him from the right side of the screen, pick up the padlock to make Ms. Pac-Man disappear (if Pac-Man missed the key, he cannot pick it up), jump back to the left over the aforementioned cyan-outlined ghost and third spike bed, climb the ladder, jump back to the right over the skull and green-outlined ghost, jump back to the right to the rope, and press H six times to climb it, jump back to the left over the second and first spike beds and the magenta-outlined ghost, jump back to the first platform, and climb the staircase again.

Pac-Man shall now be back on the right side of the ground floor; jump over the green-outlined ghost that is hovering towards him from the left side of the screen, climb the first staircase, jump over the green-outlined ghost that's hovering towards him from the right side of the screen, and walk off that same side of the screen before the ghost reaches him then jump over the magenta-outlined ghost that is hovering towards him from the left side of the screen, climb down the ladder, and drop down the trap door to that left side of the basement again. You will then have to do everything you did the first time you visited this room until you reach the bottom - when you shall have to place the bomb in the bottom-left corner (indicated by a flashing blue square), then do everything you did the first time to get back out of it again (it will not be set to explode until Pac-Man gets the match, comes back and lights the fuse).

Pac-Man shall now be back on that left side of the ground floor; walk back to the left, climb the ladder, jump over the magenta-outlined ghost that hovers towards him from the right side of the screen and walk off that same side of the screen, then jump over the green-outlined ghost that is hovering towards him from the right side of the screen, climb the first staircase, jump over the white-outlined ghost that is hovering towards him from the screen's left side, walk off that same screen side, jump over the green-outlined ghost that is hovering towards him from that left side of the screen, and climb the staircase.

Pac-Man will now find himself back on that left side of the third floor; jump over the white-outlined ghost that is hovering towards him from the left side of the screen, climb up the first staircase, jump over the magenta and yellow-outlined ghosts that are hovering towards him from the left side of the screen, pick up the match (which shall now be there!), jump back over the aforementioned magenta- and yellow-outlined ghosts, climb down the staircase, jump over the aforementioned white-outlined ghost again and climb back down the second staircase, then jump over the green-outlined ghost that is hovering towards him from the right side of the screen, walk back off the same side of the screen, jump over the white-outlined ghost that is hovering towards him from the screen's right side, climb down the staircase, and walk off the left side of the screen before the green-outlined ghost has a chance to reach him.

Pac-Man will now find himself back on that left side of the first floor; jump over the magenta-outlined ghost that is hovering towards him from the left side of the screen, climb down the ladder, then drop down the trap door to the basement once again. You will then have to do everything you did the first two times you visited this room until you reach the bottom - where you will have to light the bomb's fuse (but if Pac-Man missed the match, he can't do this!), and its icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen shall start flashing (which means Pac-Man will only have a limited time to escape before it explodes, taking him and the castle with it). You will then have to do everything you did the first two times to get back out of it again, then walk back to the left and out of the castle; the Español text of "FELICITATIONES. HAZ CUMPLIDO LA MISION." (which means "Felicitations. Have completed the mission.") will appear on the screen. It is also worth noting that you should ''never'' go to the right side of the third floor, and press H while standing in front of the closed door - as it leads to a spike pit which Pac-Man will have no choice but to fall onto and get killed by (and if he only has one life, it will cost him the game).
