Known as Street Fighter Zero 3 Double Upper in Japan, this is an upgraded version of Street Fighter Alpha 3 (GBA) for the PlayStation Portable. In addition to the three characters added to the Game Boy Advance version of SFA3, Capcom also included one new character. The port is considerably well done and includes the full World Tour mode (upgraded to account for all of the new characters since World Tour mode was introduced on the Sega Dreamcast). Characters created in World Tour mode can be saved and used in other modes of the game.

New character
Click on the character's name to be taken to her individual move lists. As Capcom prepared an even bigger SFA3 for the PSP, they decided upon the inclusion of the mysterious Ingrid from Capcom Fighting Evolution. This character is presently only selectable on the PSP.
- Ingrid: (Initially from Capcom Fighting Evolution) Very little is known about this mysterious girl, but she claims to use the sun as the very source of her powers.
Secrets
Play as Final M. Bison
Beat "Arcade Mode" once, then at the character select screen, press and hold "Select" and choose M.Bison. Final M. Bison is not available in all game modes.
Play as Shin Akuma
Beat "Arcade Mode" with Evil Ryu once. Then press and hold "Select" and choose Akuma.
Extra ISM-Pluses
With a World Tour Character or entry mode character, you can unlock extra ISM-PLuses by beating any mode that allows an Entry Character to be used, without continuing.
Fight Shin Akuma in Final Battle
Hold
