Under water near Moonlit Cave during Zelda's age, dive from the South Shore east until you find a small passage going south in a maze. Most of the passages there are deadends, so there is only one correct path to take, which leads to a cave.
Diver underwater along the north coast of Crescent Island. Check carefully for a small passage going south in a maze. Go south as much as you can, then continue south-west; eventually follow the path north to get to a cave entrance.

Zelda Oracles Piece of Heart.png Heart piece locations for The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages. There are 12 Heart Pieces in the game, corresponding to three extra heart containers. A fourth Heart Container can be obtained during a linked game.

Heart Piece in Ambi's Tower[edit]

On Talus Peaks during Ambi's age, get to the screen just south of Tokkey's place. Stand in the south-west corner and play the Tune of Currents in the lower screen to travel to Zelda's age. Go right and pick up the Heart Piece.
