MPH Guide

Your welcome, I didn't know I had done so much! Anyways, my FC is 5025-8968-9764 Matt 18:45, 9 April 2007 (CDT)

Yeah, I play very frequently (I've owned it since the first day!) Matt 18:51, 9 April 2007 (CDT)

Community Portal Talk archive

I looked through the pages and all the headings seem to be there. If you're noting that I left some of the sections there, they were left since they are still somewhat relevant. The other issues have been mostly resolved and I don't think they require further discussion (or attention). -- Prod (Talk) 15:04, 20 January 2007 (CST)

Wikifying the MP:H guide

No problem, any time.--Dan 20:47, 2 February 2007 (CST)

Mac OS X

Yes, I do use a Mac. I also program for Mac and Linux.--Dan 20:48, 2 February 2007 (CST)

I highly prefer using a Mac over a PC. Since the only computers I've used at home are/were Macs, I have a strong preference. 0-172 Talk to me 2:53, 3 February 2007 (CST)

I own a (I believe) 4G iPod (currently running Linux :P).--Dan 21:02, 2 February 2007 (CST)
Maybe it could use a dark gray border. Other than that, it's awesome :)--Dan 13:46, 4 February 2007 (CST)
To be honest, I have the sligtest clue. You might want to check out other templated userboxes on SW.--Dan 13:54, 4 February 2007 (CST)
Very cool! Thanks.--Dan 14:12, 4 February 2007 (CST)

Safari

Nice, but I don't use Safari. I use Camino.--Dan 19:38, 6 February 2007 (CST)

You're being too generous. Thanks. :)--Dan 21:57, 6 February 2007 (CST)

Sysopization

Why thank you! I've been working mostly behind the scenes keeping the server alive (as so proven in the last downtime we just had.) I feel snug already. :)

By the way, can you tell me how long the server was down?--Dan 18:27, 8 February 2007 (CST)

Potential significant change, could use input and later assistance.

I started a discussion on making a pretty substantial change to Template:Tl and I thought I'd let you know about the discussion in case you were interested or wanted to help with the change if it was supported. link. Oh, and if you know someone who would want to help out/discuss this who's talk page I didn't leave it on, if you could let them know, that'd be useful, thanks. -- Mason11987 (Talk - Contributions) 09:01, 16 February 2007 (CST)

Pokémon Ruby/Sapphire Dex

Hello, I've noticed on your page that you are doing this, should we use the Diamond and Pearl images or these, I'm starting on the Ruby images now and I'm wondering if we should use these instead?--Rocky   (Talk Contributions ) 10:32, 2 March 2007 (CST)

This is a tricky issue. We went with the artwork because the artwork doesn't change from version to version. But since 0-172's pokedex is specific to R/S/E, it's not that big a deal that he chose to use the sprites over the artwork. For a general pokedex, it should use artwork. But if you want to go to the trouble of getting the sprites for each Pokemon in Diamond and Pearl, you could use the same technique. Personally, I feel like it's more trouble than it's worth, but that's not an official policy. Procyon 13:27, 2 March 2007 (CST)
I would really prefer to use the sprites over the artwork. If the artwork is to be used, all my time put into the sprites will be for nothing. Also, since I have already started with sprites, I am and will go to the trouble to uploading the others. I have no particular problem with the sugimori (name for the pokemon artwork), but I started the page with sprites, and would prefer to complete the page using the sprites. Lunar Knight 17:22, 2 March 2007 (CST)

Sorry, What is the difference between sprites and artwork, btw I'm just going to upload a batch of artwork past Azurill, you may want to add the links to those until you get some more sprites--Rocky   (Talk Contributions ) 14:50, 5 March 2007 (CST)

That would be fine for now. The sugimori would serve to fill the table in until I get to uploading more sprites. Lunar Knight (Talk to me + Contribs) 20:53, 6 March 2007 (CST)

Signature

Just put in your full signature into the nickname bar (with the [[]] links around the linked pages), then check the raw signature box. --Ryan SchmidtTalk - Contribs 21:01, 6 March 2007 (CST)

Sweet! Thanks. Lunar Knight (Talk to me + Contribs) 17:56, 7 March 2007 (CST)

Ummm...

Don't look at your user page. Just don't. ;) --Ryan SchmidtTalk - Contribs 17:49, 10 March 2007 (CST)

Pokémon Dex

I'm thinking about something like this:

   *

*Deoxys which has many different forms but I think Ho-Oh looks better.

I think we should upload all of the 4 and put them like that, add the info about the forms in the star.--Rocky http://media.strategywiki.org/images/thumb/7/78/Rally-X_Rock.png/25px-Rally-X_Rock.png (Talk - Contributions) 14:14, 11 March 2007 (CDT)

P.S I'm not actually goint to contribute much to the walkthrough but I'll put the sprites up now.

Do you want me to do the sprites, I think you get them off bulbapedia and if you do, I'll do them if you want.--Rocky http://media.strategywiki.org/images/thumb/7/78/Rally-X_Rock.png/25px-Rally-X_Rock.png (Talk - Contributions) 01:56, 17 March 2007 (CDT)

P.S for the moves list, I have the manual for Pokémon blue so I can't do Steel and dark Type, thanks fr the help!

P.P.S, Sorry can you rename Carvahna to Carvanha plz. I've put the rename tag on it.--Rocky http://media.strategywiki.org/images/thumb/7/78/Rally-X_Rock.png/25px-Rally-X_Rock.png (Talk - Contributions) 02:17, 17 March 2007 (CDT)

I'll stop for today, I'm up to shuppet NB Cacturne is .gif--Rocky http://media.strategywiki.org/images/thumb/7/78/Rally-X_Rock.png/25px-Rally-X_Rock.png (Talk - Contributions) 16:23, 17 March 2007 (CDT)

Thank you very much ^_^

Hi Lunar Knight. Thank you so much for the thank you :) I just have to ask because I'm curious: Why Saffron City over all the other pages? I wasn't sure what I did so differently on that one. Silph Company has been taking me a long time to complete, but it should be done by tonight ^_^ C'ya. Procyon 16:35, 24 March 2007 (CDT)

Hi, thanks so much for the Award, I'll upload more sprites today. (I lost firefox for a few days and now I've got version 2.0).  -- Rocky http://media.strategywiki.org/images/thumb/7/78/Rally-X_Rock.png/25px-Rally-X_Rock.png (Talk - Contributions) 04:23, 25 March 2007 (CDT)

Castform

I'm going to upload the 4 forms of Castform, can you please edit the Pokédex so they fit in, they are PD&P Castform (Fire)/(Ice)/(Water) thanks-- Rocky http://media.strategywiki.org/images/thumb/7/78/Rally-X_Rock.png/25px-Rally-X_Rock.png (Talk - Contributions) 14:59, 25 March 2007 (CDT)

What exactly do you mean, edit the pokedex so they fit in? Oh, yeah, what about the original form of Castform? Lunar Knight (Talk to me + Contribs) 15:25, 25 March 2007 (CDT)

Halo Screenshots

All the Halo screenshots I took myself. I have a modded Xbox with a flycam trainer :D. --VinceIP 16:16, 2 April 2007 (CDT)

Bulbapedia

Hi, is it possible (and legal) to import and export BP:List_of_moves to Pokémon Gold, Silver and Crystal/List of Moves, i think that bulbapedia is under a different licence to us. the only thing I really need is the names of the 251 moves, I'd link to bp for the rest. Thanks in advance.--Rocky http://media.strategywiki.org/images/thumb/7/78/Rally-X_Rock.png/25px-Rally-X_Rock.png (Talk - Contributions) 15:25, 4 April 2007 (CDT)

MP:H Help

I love MP:H, so I've been updating it. If need be, (like lunar knight said) you see a confusing part, feel free to fix it

Apokid 19:15, 4 April 2007 (CDT)

Very sorry

Very Very Very sorry, I tried to help Apokid as he was trying to put his name on your list, I had a mass of conflicts with him, got it wrong and cleaned up my mess, sorry again.--Rocky http://media.strategywiki.org/images/thumb/7/78/Rally-X_Rock.png/25px-Rally-X_Rock.png (Talk - Contributions) 13:32, 8 April 2007 (CDT)

Oh shoot, sorry about that, I ddn't know I reverted you as well, I just realised, today isn't my day!--Rocky http://media.strategywiki.org/images/thumb/7/78/Rally-X_Rock.png/25px-Rally-X_Rock.png (Talk - Contributions) 13:34, 8 April 2007 (CDT)

Welcoming users

I'm not sure if you're aware of this but the welcome's missing nowiki tags so when it's supposed to say ~~~~, it says (0-172 19:33, 2 January 2007 (CST)), do you know why it's doing this?--Rocky http://media.strategywiki.org/images/thumb/7/78/Rally-X_Rock.png/25px-Rally-X_Rock.png (Talk - Contributions) 03:08, 10 April 2007 (CDT)

Your Sprite

Is it called Sheimi or Shaymin, your page says one and the image says the other?--Rocky http://media.strategywiki.org/images/thumb/7/78/Rally-X_Rock.png/25px-Rally-X_Rock.png (Talk - Contributions) 11:32, 12 April 2007 (CDT)

Ryan's Puzzle

It's under the puzzle sub heading and it's very small today, here it is:

Puzzle As I was walking into town today, I saw one weapon, two tissues, three oak trees, four sea shores, and five housewives. How many oranges would I have seen?

P.S the answer isn't none.--Rocky http://media.strategywiki.org/images/thumb/7/78/Rally-X_Rock.png/25px-Rally-X_Rock.png (Talk - Contributions) 01:31, 21 April 2007 (CDT)

MPH

Yes, I do have MPH and a Wi-Fi connector. The thing is, I'm not sure what my FC is - how the heck do I find it? This occured after I got my DS lite and lost the manual to my copy. I've been searching the menu and although I can add others codes, I can't find my own. Stupid, huh? I can't really play online much as exams are coming up in a few weeks, but I'll free up soon enough. By the way, do you have any other DS Wi-Fi games?--Froglet 04:53, 9 May 2007 (CDT)

Yeah, I do have the Opera browser. It was one of the many reasons why I got a DS Lite in the first place (that, and I preordered Pokemon Diamond for my brother and Pearl for myself, I'd get no peace if I didn't give it to him). Allow me to recharge my DS, yank it off my little brother, and I'll give my FC to you. My other Wi-Fi games are Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin, Animal Crossing: Wild World and Final Fantasy III. The Pokemon games aren't out until June 21st here in Australia, which is a bugger, it's 10 days behind my b-day, so I can't scab it off my parents... oh well... :-P --Froglet 03:32, 10 May 2007 (CDT)
Okay, after a fight with a certain 9 year old who wants to keep my hard-won DS Lite, my FC is: 3436-9681-1166. :-) --Froglet 03:57, 10 May 2007 (CDT)
