Capture the Statue requires you to send Darwinians to various statue spawn points throughout the map.

A statue is an artificial construct that may not necessarily be constructed by the Darwinians. However, these relics are of great importance to the Multiwinians, and need to be brought to their base.

To score, move your Multiwinians to the statue. They will then automatically move around it and try bringing the statue to the designated point. When it reaches the center of the marked zone (and isn't being handled by the enemy), you will receive one point.

Multiwinians carrying the statue can still be ordered to move around, taking the statue with it. However, once they are at the location, they will begin moving the statue to the designated point.

Map specific strategies[edit]

Mountain of Lost Souls[edit]

Quickly grab the spawn point on your side of the island.

The Unending Peaks[edit]

This map is similar to a tug of war, except that you need to bring the trophy closer to the enemy base.

There are two tactics available for this map. The first is aggressive play, where you send your forces to capture the statue directly, and attack the capture point.

The defensive option involves placing forces at the enemy capture point, and wait for the statue to approach. This may not be the best choice, but relies on the fact that some Darwinians are vulnerable when moving the statue.

The Bloody Shrine[edit]

A religious shrine soiled by bloodshed

This map pits two players at the opposite edges of the island, and entrances to the statue on the side. The central point can produce up to two statues, which are brought back to base as desired.

Scaling the mountain is a good way to reach the statue. There are two paths back to your base, either to the left or right. The best result is to take control of both choke points if possible.

Price of War[edit]

The two players start with one spawn each. They will also need to capture their second spawn point in the middle, and finally, grab the statues on the other side of the island.

The capture points are close together, giving the possibility of stealing the statue just before it is claimed; however this is slightly difficult to perform as there will be significant combat in that area.

As the middle spawn points are close together, you can scale the central area to launch an attack. In addition, you can also perform a sneak attack on the other spawn point in order to help disrupt the enemy's defense as well.

The Tortured Expanse[edit]

This is a triangular map, with the three players just outside of the center. The center has two statue spawn points, while each of the three corners has one behind the dark forest.

The main source of points are the two statues in the center. As such, there will be extremely heavy combat in that region.

Melting Pot[edit]

To the center

This triangular map has three tribes combat for statues between each tribe pair, and try to bring them to the center.

In this three player map, it is imperative to secure the statue points even if there is no statue there. It is only a short distance to the center, making it difficult to intercept the enemy statue.

Field of Unlife[edit]

Four players contest a set of three statues in the middle.

Quickly capture the spawn points to the side, and have an officer direct Darwinians to either one of them. You have two choke points that you need to secure, which are the entrances to the central statue area. You can't do much with the other two points.

Scorched Earth[edit]

A desolate battlefield.

Four players contest a set of six statues around the map. One is found in each corner, and two more in the center. Teams are possible, with teammates on opposite sides. The corner statues are surrounded by a dark forest (which is not a significant obstacle) and the battlefield is periodically shelled by a meteor.
