Square 7: E No Mondai (絵の問題)[edit]

At the start of this square, the Katakana/Kanji text Noruma 3-mon (ノルマ3問) will come up into view from the bottom of the screen, for what could be the third time as the Katakana/Hiragana text Dachou ga awa reta! (ダチョウがあわれた!) appears at the top of the screen; the Kanji text of Dai 1-mon (第1問) will now appear upon the screen, as the Dachou poses his first (quadruple-picture) question and the timers upon both sides of the screen start counting down. Once you have answered three questions correctly, the three-script text of "Ugyāā!" Dachou wo taoshita! (「うぎゃあああーっ!」 ダチョウを倒した!) shall appear at the top of the screen as the Dachou explodes - and once he lands (in cooked form) two cherubs shall fly into view from the left and right sides of the screen, as that Katakana text of Noruma kuria! (ノルマクリア!) comes up into view from the bottom of the screen. The screen shall then fade back to the shot of the island as the three-script text Botan wo oshite, ikisaki wo eran kudasai. (ボタンを押して、行き先を選んください) appears at the top of the screen and Squares 1, 8 & 13 start flashing in turn; once you have pushed any of the Answer Buttons while the square you want to move on to is flashing, your character will move to it. Square 13 is also a 3-Taku (3択) - and this means that the questions for it will only have three possible answers.

Square 8[edit]

At the start of this square, the Katakana/Kanji text Noruma 4-mon (ノルマ4問) will come up into view from the bottom of the screen, for what could be the third time as the Katakana/Hiragana text of Uma ga awa reta! (ウマがあわれた!) appears at the top of the screen; the Kanji text of Dai 1-mon (第1問) will now appear upon the screen as the Uma poses his first question and the timers on both sides of the screen start counting down. Once you've answered four questions correctly, that three-script text of "Ugyāā!" Uma wo taoshita! (「うぎゃあああーっ!」 ウマを倒した!) shall appear at the top of the screen, as the Uma explodes - and once he lands, two cherubs shall fly into view from the left and right sides of the screen, as that Katakana text of Noruma kuria! (ノルマクリア!) comes up into view from the bottom of the screen. The screen shall then fade back to the shot of the island, as the three-script text Botan wo oshite, ikisaki wo eran kudasai (ボタンを押して、行き先を選んください) appears at the top of the screen and Squares 2, 9, and 14 start flashing in turn; once you press any of the Answer Buttons while the square you want to move on to is flashing your character will move to it (14 is also a picture stage).

Square 9: Genre Select (ジャンルセレクト)[edit]

At the start of this square, the Katakana/Kanji text Noruma 4-mon (ノルマ4問) will come up into view from the bottom of the screen, for what could be the fourth time as the Katakana/Hiragana text of Kuma ga awa reta! (クマがあわれた!) appears at the top of the screen; the Katakana text of Janru serekuto! (ジャンルセレクト!) will then come up into view from the bottom of the screen, and you'll now have ten seconds to choose between Jinmonkagaku (人文科学), Shakai Kagaku (社会科学), Shizen Kagaku (自然科学), and Nonsekushon (ノンセクション). Once you have answered four questions for your selected genre correctly, that three-script text of "Ugyāā!" Kuma wo taoshita! (「うぎゃあああーっ!」 クマを倒した!) shall appear, up at the top of the screen, as the Kuma explodes - and once he lands, two cherubs shall fly into view from the left and right sides of the screen, as that Katakana text of Noruma kuria! (ノルマクリア!) comes up into view from the bottom of the screen. The screen shall now fade back to the shot of the island as the three-script text Botan wo oshite, ikisaki wo eran kudasai. (ボタンを押して、行き先を選んください.) appears at the top of the screen, and Squares 3, 10, and 15 start flashing in turn; once you press any of the Answer Buttons, while the square you want to move on to is flashing, your character shall move to it (15 is also a "TIME X2").

Square 10: E No Mondai (絵の問題)[edit]

At the start of this square, the Katakana/Kanji text of Noruma 4-mon (ノルマ4問) shall come up into view from the bottom of the screen for what could be the fifth time as the Katakana/Hiragana text Tako ga awa reta! (タコがあわれた!) appears at the top of the screen; the Kanji text of Dai 1-mon (第1問) will now appear upon the screen, as the Tako poses his first (quadruple-picture) question, and the timers upon both sides of the screen start counting down. Once you have answered four questions correctly the three-script text of "Ugyāā!" Tako wo taoshita! (「うぎゃあああーっ!」 タコを倒した!) shall appear at the top of the screen as the Tako explodes - and once he sinks, two cherubs will fly into view from the left and right sides of the screen, as the Katakana text of Noruma kuria! (ノルマクリア!) comes up into view from the bottom of the screen. The screen shall then fade out to the familiar shot of the island as the three-script text Botan wo oshite, ikisaki wo eran kudasai. (ボタンを押して、行き先を選んください) appears at the top of the screen, and Squares 4, 11 & 15 start flashing in turn; once you push any of the Answer Buttons while the square you want to move on to is flashing, your character shall move to it.

Square 11[edit]

NGQ Inoshishi.png At the start of this square, the Katakana/Kanji text of Noruma 5-mon (ノルマ5問) shall come up into view from the bottom of the screen for what could be the second time as the Katakana/Hiragana text Inoshishi ga awa reta! (イノシシがあわれた!) appears at the top of the screen; the Kanji text of Dai 1-mon (第1問) will now appear upon the screen, as the Inoshishi poses his first question, and the timers on both sides of the screen start counting down. Once you have answered five questions correctly, the three-script text of "Ugyāā!" Inoshishi wo taoshita! (「うぎゃあああーっ!」 イノシシを倒した!) shall appear at the top of the screen, as the Inoshishi explodes - and once he has landed (and splattered the camera), two cherubs will fly into view from the left and right sides of the screen, as that Katakana text of Noruma kuria! (ノルマクリア!) comes up into view from the bottom of the screen. The screen shall then fade out to the shot of the island, as that three-script text Botan wo oshite, ikisaki wo eran kudasai (ボタンを押して、行き先を選んください) appears at the top of the screen (and Squares 5, 12, & 17 begin flashing in turn); once you push any of the Answer Buttons while the square you want to move on to is flashing, your character will move to it. Square 12 is another picture stage, and Square 17 is another Genre Select - but the four genres are unchanged.

At the start of this square, the Katakana/Kanji text of Noruma 5-mon (ノルマ5問) shall come up into view from the bottom of the screen for what could be the third time, as that Katakana/Hiragana text Tsuru ga awa reta! (ツルがあわれた!) appears at the top of the screen; the Kanji text of Dai 1-mon (第1問) will now appear on the screen, as the Tsuru poses his first (quadruple-picture) question, and the timers on both sides of the screen start counting down. Once you have answered five questions correctly, that three-script text of "Ugyāā!" Tsuru wo taoshita! (「うぎゃあああーっ!」 ツルを倒した!) shall appear at the top of the screen, as that Tsuru explodes - and once he has landed (in cooked form), two cherubs will fly into view, from the left and right sides of the screen, as that Katakana text of Noruma kuria! (ノルマクリア!) comes up into view from the bottom of the screen. The screen will then fade out to the shot of the island as a three-script text Botan wo oshite, ikisaki wo eran kudasai. (ボタンを押して、行き先を選んください) appears at the top of the screen and Squares 6 and 18 start flashing in turn; once you have pushed any of the Answer Buttons while the square you want to move on to is flashing, your character will move to it. Remember that if you're Player 1, 3, or 4 moving onto Square 6 invokes a special quiz from Hana No Sei (or Chisokojin Rinda).
