Once Pat and Jess have reappeared on the screen in PAT 1, you have to press 
to accelerate it, then push the D-Pad down to direct it down around four traffic cones; you will then have to push the D-Pad up to direct it up around five more traffic cones, and up again around four oil slicks. You will then have to direct PAT 1 down around four more traffic cones, and up around four more traffic cones (along with an open manhole, and a fifth oil slick) - and once you've done so, you'll have to direct PAT 1 down, up, up again, down, down at the fork in the road (as there are two more unavoidable oil slicks on the upper path as well as four more traffic cones), up, and up again around five more traffic cones. You then have to direct PAT 1 up around three more oil slicks and another open manhole, and down between two more oil slicks and a third open manhole - and once you've done so you will have to direct it up around two more oil slicks, down, and down again around two more oil slicks. You shall now have to direct PAT 1 up, down around a fourteenth oil slick, up, and down around a fifteenth oil slick; once you do so you shall have to direct it up around a sixteenth oil slick, down, up around a seventeenth oil slick, and up again around two last oil slicks. Once PAT 1 crosses the finishing line (where Ajay Bains, PC Selby and Ted Glen are waiting), the text "Congratulations, you have completed the level!" will appear on the screen - and the screen shall then cut to the shot of Ajay from the end of Level 4-C (but this time, the only remaining question mark has been replaced with a sack of letters). The game shall then proceed onward to its ending cutscene:
The game will then return to the start screen, and stay there until you decide to turn the console off; the next page is also going to cover the passwords.
