The backside of the warehouse is connected to two small strips of the Armstrong Thru-Way. The west portion of it runs underneath a building. You must pass through the tunnel below the building to reach the other side. All the while, various gang members will fight you at every step. Clear them out of your way and continue heading to the right. It's worth noting that the tunnel below the building hides an interesting secret.

This shop is hidden in the Armstrong Thru-Way Tunnel. Push 
under the fourth light to enter it.

Once you make it to the other side, the east portion of the thru-way dead-ends on the right. But if you clear away all of the thugs that occupy the road, Turk will appear and challenge you. Turk is very fast and likes to zip around the screen in an attempt to get out of your range and then quickly zoom in for an attack. Anticipate his approach and time your attacks so they land just as he gets close enough to you. If you're having trouble defeating Turk, you may wish to advance all the way to the Flatirons Mall to do some shoe shopping, and then return. Knock Turk out, and then make your way through the path to the Flatirons.

You must eliminate all of the gang members in this area as well if you want to take on Mojo. He waits for you to defeat everyone before he shows up by the entrance to the Flatirons Mall. Note that if you're weak from your fight with Turk, or other gang members, you may wish to zip into the mall first to buy some food and restore before coming back here to deal with another boss fight.
He mentions that in order to face Thor, you must defeat all of the Zombie gang members. If you've taken out all of the bosses mentioned before Mojo, then Mojo will be the last one left. He may favor jumping attacks as you face him. Knock him down and time your attacks in order to keep him knocked down. Once you defeat him, he'll mention that you can find Thor in the back of a factory. Then head up to the mall to do a little shopping.
