The Bank window is used for managing debt. It can be opened from the WINDOWS dropdown, or by clicking 
in the top toolbar.
CASH AVAILABLE is the amount of money you have available to spend.
TOTAL DEBTS is the sum of all current loans and accrued interest.
CREDIT LIMIT is the maximum amount you can borrow.
You can enter a money amount using the in-window keypad, then use REPAY to repay that amount, or OK to borrow that amount.
