Level 1
Same as the Mahogany Gym, you slide through the ice, the first ice is: right, down, right, down, right. The second is much harder, the combination is: up, left, up, right, up, right, down, left, up, left, down, right, down, right, up and right. The next ice is essential, if you miss it, you will have to go back for it later on, and as you're using this walkthrough it's easy, just go: right, up, right, down, right, down, right, up, left, down, left, up, right. and get HM07, to get out go: left, up, right, down, right, up, right, down, left, down, left. Then go north and follow the layer round until you get to the ladder.

- Part 2: up, left, up, left, down, left, up, left, down, right, down, right.
- Part 3: right, up, left, down, right & get HM07.
To get out, left, up, right, down, right, up, right, down and left.
Level 2
Now you need to push the boulders down the holes, first go down at the first turn and push the bottom boulder right, then move the one above it, left, left, up, up, up, down, left, down, now for the one you pushed right, push it, down, down, down, up, left, left, left, left, left, down, right. Now go along the passage to the right of the hole, take the passage to the right and push the one block there: right down, down, down, down, down, left, left, left, down, left, left, left. now push the rock to the left: up, up, left, up, up, right, right, up, left.
Level 3
Now that you've done all that strenuous work, it is now time to see the results, go down the ladder. Go left from any of the spots on the left except the bottom one. This will get you to a Max Potion. Go back across the ice by heading right. Now take the bottom-left-most square of that patch and go: left, down, left, up, right. Pick up the Full Heal and go down.
Also, there's a hidden Carbos in the bottommost lefthand square that you can reach on this floor.
Level 4
You do not need Rock smash for this bit. Go round and up to get the Nevermeltice, then go up the ladder to Level 3.
Level 3 (again)
To get to the ladder, you need to go to the right passage, go down on either of them and go up when the stairs are above you, then go round and down and you are on the island, to get the TM, you need to line yourselfup with the stairs but go down and right to get the TM.
A hidden Ice Heal can be found on the block in the middle of the ice patch (just go up to it and press A). This is true for all versions.
Level 2 (again)
Now there is another patch of ice to navigate, there are two places to go, one contains the ladder, the other contains Iron, to get to them both go down, left, down, left, down, left, down, left, then go right, up, right, up, right, up, right, down, left, up, left, up, left and you have done that field
Note: Ice Path is different in Crystal.
Crystal: from Iron go right, up, right, down, left, up, left, up, left and you have done that field.
A hidden Max Potion can be found on the block right in the center of the ice patch when you go down the steps onto the ice field. (Just press A when facing the block). This is true for all versions.
Level 1 (again)
First, go north for some Protein, then take the far left piece of ice down for a PP UP, now to exit this wretched place of misery, jump down the furthest ledge to the left that you can. Before you go out it is recommended that you catch an Ice Pokémon because they are super effective against Dragon Pokémon at the next gym.
