When you come down, you will find Kurt can't move so you have to clear out Team Rocket on your own, start by going up and fighting the grunt (trainer number 1) Then go north and beat The next grunt (trainer number 2) now grab the Super Potion. Next go south and face off with the next grunt (trainer number 3). Now beat the Final Rocket (trainer number 4), when you have beaten him, Kurt will come and rescue the Pokémon and you will end up back at his house and give you a Lure Ball.
When you have Strength and Surf, come back here, you will get some good items
