The Snowball Fight is the game's first of two tutorial battles. Being a tutorial, it is impossible to lose.

Strategy

After watching the intro thanks to Ritz and Mr. Leslaie, just play around a bit with your charters. Learn how the movement works, how to hit the opposing guys, all that stuff.
After learning about positioning, continue on with the tutorial, until you watch a pretty long cut scene. Continue onto the next section here.
