Template:Infobox CVG Exteel is a massively multiplayer online Action/FPS/Fighting game published by Korean game company NCsoft, and developed by Korean based E & G Studios.

Exteel is a 3rd person shooter where players control giant customized mechs (similar to Virtual On and Armored Core) into combat against other online players, or more rarely, against computer controlled enemies.

The game has several modes, 1-on-1 duels, Team Deathmatches, and Free-for-all among others.

You are also allowed to access upgrade parts for your mech, ranging from heads, legs, missile lauchers, cannons, and blade weapons, virtually any part of your mech is customizable.

An alpha of the game has been released in Korea, and the closed beta began in the United States on November 16th, 2006.[1]

The game is planned to be released in a free to download, free to play format, although access to better weapons, maps and parts will be limited to customers paying a fee. (whether this is a monthly payment or one off deal, is unknown at this time.)
