Frost Tower

Creates a large ice block around X which can damage and sometimes freeze enemies. Its charged attack creates huge icicles that drop from above, first one, then two, then three, and finally four.
Ground Hunter
- Obtained from: Jet Stingray
Launches a small stingray that travels along floors and down walls. It initially travels diagonally down and forward until it hits something, but you can make it go straight down by pressing 
. Its charged attack fires a larger stingray directly forwards.
Twin Slasher
- Obtained from: Slash Beast
Fires two energy waves, one diagonally up and forward, the other diagonally down and forward. Its charged attack fires a spread of eight larger waves.
Lightning Web
- Obtained from: Web Spider
Launches an electrified web that travels a set distance forward, then stops, unfolds, and hangs in midair. X can jump off the web as if it were a wall, allowing him to reach high areas. The charged attack creates an expanding network of webs.
Soul Body
- Obtained from: Split Mushroom
Creates a hologram of X in front of him that mimics his every movement and damages enemies on contact. The charged attack creates a holographic clone of X that you can control directly while X stands still. This clone can fire uncharged X-Buster shots, and both it and the real X are invincible while it lasts.
Aiming Laser
- Obtained from: Cyber Peacock
While this weapon is equipped, a targeting reticule is projected in front of X that can be moved up and down along an arc by pressing 
and . When the reticule touches an enemy, it locks on to that enemy and follows its movements. Once it's locked on, fire the laser and it will hit the enemy wherever it is. The charged attack projects a wide laser straight forward.
Double Cyclone
- Obtained from: Storm Owl
Creates two swirling energy balls to either side of X that float upwards. The charged attack fires two cyclones horizontally, one left, one right.
Rising Fire
- Obtained from: Magma Dragoon
X throws an uppercut that launches a fireball straight up. The charged attack performs a flaming Shoryuken-like move.
