Data lifted from a basestar wreckage revealed the coordinates of a deep space Cylon Command waypoint. Samantha Agathon volunteered to lead 10,000 personnel on a pre-emptive strike. There, she hoped to find Lachesis, and destroy it.
Far beyond the Twelve Colonies, they found a mining colony razed to the ground. Only a handful of colonists survived, hidden in orbit on an abandoned tylium freighter. No other humans were found alive.
Without further intelligence on the second IL's ocation or capability, Praetor Agathon turns her fleet to the lonely frontier colonies beyond Cyrranus.
No one else is out here to protect them.
Drawn up on a CIC plotting table, Operation Anabasis is the only hope for the scattered colonists. Helena estimates ten jumps to return to Caprica. It's their duty to evacuate every survivor they can find, and guide them back home.
Lachesis will not hesitate to pursue.
Godspeed.

The survival mode of the game, Operation Anabasis is both a DLC and a game mode. Similar to the show itself, the goal is to survive 10 jumps against the Cylons while protecting a civilian fleet.

After a set number of turns, the Colonial fleet's FTL will be ready and you can set a destination. The game gives you a choice of two different maps, each with different effects, for you to choose from.
