Goku

All	Super Kamehameha	++	A special move that has more power and deals more damage to the opponent than the original Kamehameha, but requires more Ki and you also must be left/right from the opponent
1	Kaio-ken	+	A useful move that multiplies the strength of Goku's Ki. You must have 100% Ki to use it
1	Spirit Bomb	++	Another special move and the last that Goku can use in his normal form, it's a powerful sphere that deals a lot of damage, you must have 100% Ki and also above the opponent
3	Teleportation Kamehameha	++	Teleport and give your enemies a surprising and powerful Kamehameha, which is impossible to escape. You must be above the opponent and have 100% Ki. Goku can only do this in his Super Saiyan 3 form

Gohan

All	Super Explosion Wave	+	You must have at least 50% Ki and must be above the opponent, this move is almost impossible to escape.
All	Hellzone Grenade	++	Requires 50% Ki, you must be below the opponent.

Krillin

All	Rapid-Fire Destructo Discs	++	When below the opponent, Krillin will throw approximately three large discs into the air that are barely aviodable for the opponent.
1	Wave	++	Also known as Gohan's Energy Dan, Krillin probably learned this from his old trainer. You must be above the opponent.
2	Tri-Beam	++	Similar to the Destructo Discs, the tri-beam is a barely escapable and useful attack.
3	Spirit Bomb	++	Another special move and the last that Goku can use in his normal form, it's a powerful sphere that deals a lot of damage, you must have 100% Ki and also above the opponent

Vegeta

All	Galic Gun	++	A projectile attack like no other characters' special attacks.
1	Final Flash	++	You must be left or right of the opponent to execute. Vegeta's replacement for a Kamehameha.
2	Super Final Flash	++	You must have 100% Ki, a powered-up version of the Final Flash with much more damage done to the opponent.
2	Ki Explosion	++	Probably Vegeta's most powerful special attack and the hardest to execute. Only available up to his Super Saiyan 2 form.
2	Big Bang Attack	++	A more powerful replacement of the original Final Flash for Vegeta's Super Saiyan stage 2.
3	Super Big Bang Attack	++	A powered-up version of the original Big Bang attack and a replacement of Vegeta's Level 2 Super Final Flash attack. A hard move for the opponent to resist.
3	Self-Destruct	+++	You must have 100% Ki and be positioned below the opponent, Vegeta supposedly self-destructs himself, although the move actually does no damage to him, but only the opponent.

Trunks

All	Burning Attack	++	You must be left, right or above the opponent and have at least 50% Ki.
All	Super Burning Attack	++	A powered-up version of the original Burning Attack that deals more damage to the opponent.
All	Masenko	++	A very special and powerful attack that can only be done when below the opponent.

Ginyu

All	Switch	++	Ginyu brings in the members of his special force, this can either be a positive or negative move but either way wastes up Ki.
1	Eraser Cannon	++	A large beam that causes a lot of damage to the opponent, but can be missed.
1	Crusher Ball	++	A large ball Ginyu smashes onto the opponent.
2	Recoome's Eraser Cannon	++	Recoome switches with Ginyu and throws a large beam that causes a lot of damage to the opponent, but can be missed.
2	Jace's Crusher Ball	++	Jace switches with Ginyu and throws a large ball which, if aimed correctly, smashes the opponent.

Frieza

All	100% Power	++	Frieza, with enough Ki power, powers up and gains temporary strength.
All	Frieza Cutting Beam	++	Frieza's variation of the Kamehameha. It is a beam with a white color and purple hue like many of his other Ki attacks, and its direction can be switched to target the opponent.
All	Flaming Headbutt	++	Frieza homes in on the opponent with a flaming headbutt.
All	Death Ball	++	A move so powerful that it supposedly "destroys the planet". If the ball misses or the opponent dodges, the opponent has 45 seconds to kill Frieza before the planet is destroyed. Frieza wins if it hits the opponent or if the opponent can't defeat him in 45 seconds.
All	Psychokinesis	++	This is a move that can only be done below the opponent. Frieza grabs them without touching them with the power of kinesis and launches them up.

Dr. Gero

All	Energy Blast	++	This move can only be used when Gero is positioned left/right of the opponent. It is similar to a Kamehameha.
All	Super Energy Blast	++	A more powerful version of the Energy Blast like the Kamehameha to the Super Kamehameha.
All	Eye Beams	++	Pretty self-explanatory, Gero shoots lasers out of his eyes.
All	Invisible Ki Wave	++	Executable with 50% Ki and when Gero is positioned above the opponent. He shoots a Ki Wave down on the opponent.

Android 18

2	Android 17: Barrier	++	A move done below the opponent in 18's second form, 18 calls in Android 17 and the two form a large barrier.
3	Android 16: Hell's Flash	++	Android 18 brings in Android 16 when below the opponent and 16 attacks the opponent with his Hell's Flash move.

All	Kamehameha	++	It should be pretty obvious where Cell got this move from. It is equivalent to the Kamehameha used by Goku and his son, Gohan.
All	Super Kamehameha	++	Like the Kamehameha, its power is equivalent to that of the Super Kamehameha used by Goku, and Gohan.
All	Barrier	++	Above the opponent, Cell can shield himself from any oncoming attacks by making a barrier.
3	Shunkan Idou	+	A move that can be done only in Cell's Perfect Form, and he only needs 25% Ki to do it. Use to indicate which direction you want him to target.

Buu

All	Candy Beam	+	Buu turns the opponent into a cookie. They can move around but can't attack back. The form is reverted when they're either hit or after waiting a certain amount of time.
All	Dodge/Rush		A quick sprint to get away from an attack or just get away to power up Ki
All	Flying Rush	+	Self-explanatory, a counter-part to the Rush
All	Invisible Ki Wave	++	Execute the button combination with at least 50% Ki while Buu is positioned above the opponent.
All	Self-Destruction	++	Buu will cause a large explosion when positioned above the opponent with 100% Ki. Even though it's called Self-Destruction, it doesn't actually hurt him in any way.
1	Kamehameha	++	Apparently, Buu can perform one of these too. A large beam that does a lot of damage but can easily be dodged.
1	Super Invisible Ki Wave	++	The more powerful version of the Invisible Ki Wave. This one can only be done with full 100% Ki, otherwise it'll be an Invisible Ki Wave.
3	Dimensional Portal Cannon	++	A move that can be done only in Buu's Perfect Form, with at least 50% Ki on either side of the opponent.
3	Genocide Attack	++	A move that can be done only in Buu's Perfect Form, with full 100% Ki above the opponent.

Gotenks
