F-Zero GX is a futuristic racing game released for the GameCube.

Controls

Basics

  • Left control/Right control: Steer (tilt more for sharper turns)
  • Up control: Increase speed; decrease flight
  • Down control: Decrease speed; increase flight
  • Left control+L button: Slide-turn left (reduces speed and turns more sharply)
  • Left control+L button+R button: Drift-turn left (increases speed and turns very sharply)
  • Right control+L button: Slide-turn right (reduces speed and turns more sharply)
  • Right control+L button+R button: Drift-turn right (increases speed and turns very sharply)
  • A button: Accelerate
  • B button: Air Brake
  • Y button (while pressing A button): Boost (after 1st lap, energy is exchanged for short-term speed boost)
