Wynaut and Wobbafett come and tell you to get rid of the mankey gang (go through floors,1-10 to get there). Then you will have a fight  and hopefully win cause you will get later a team base that has your pokemons head all over it  (well 1 big head) but for that to happen you need to get 2 chestnuts (dont peel them yet)
 
Then after giving him the 1st one u will get a short cut of black and white words then hand him the second 1>>>>>>>>>>AGAIN>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Ok

and kabam its done now go to the bulleten and look at smeargles plea and its at the howling forest floor 15. After that you will return home and smeargle will now join you.

The Mankeys will help upgrade your teams HQ in exchange for a spiky chestnut. A total of 2 chestnuts will be required to advance in the storyline. If you don't have enough to bribe the Mankeys go for a few more missions in Uproar Forest until you have found some.
 
Go to the bulletin and take the Smeargle's mission.

In The Dungeon

Once you reach the 10th floor you will find the Mankey gang. Afterwards everyone will return to your rescue team's headquarters.
