In rappelz you have a cache of skills unique to your job/class. Most of these skills have a card that will increase the power, lower the cooltime etc. Each card can be enchanted using "skill cubes" by combining 2 cards and a cube. At any "+" level the card can break and you lose anything you tried to combined.
