Immediately turn around and break the two crates to get some crystals. Then go up to the tree trunk. On the right there is a double arrow platform that will allow you to reach a crystal suspended above the lava pool: it is the camouflaged red crystal. Go back and break the crate after the tree trunk to find the first Gobbo. There is a bonus area nearby, to access it, consult the relevant page. Then press the button in front of you to bring up platforms that will allow you to overcome the next lava pool. Then enter the well from the other side.
In this cave you will have to face a minigame. There are three crates in front of you, one of which hides a Gobbo. The crates will then quickly change positions over the next few seconds. When they stop, you can move again and you'll have to guess which crate the Gobbo is hiding under. If you break the right chest, you will get the Gobbo, otherwise an extra life. Then go back and go up to the platform to get back outdoors. Enter the door.
You will enter another cave. Here you will have to move the movable crate in order to reach three suspended platforms, on which you will find the green crystal, a Gobbo and a golden key. Watch out for the two rats. After taking the green crystal, the platform it is on will start moving. Thanks to it, you can reach a ledge on which there are two chests containing crystals and a door closed with a padlock. If you have already taken the golden key, the door will open.
On the other side, you will find a staircase made of crates. Climb the crates, without breaking them and you will come to a well, with the blue crystal on the right and a Gobbo on the left. Take it all, but watch out for the pink snake that will leap out of the well. At this point, you can break the ladder of crates, obviously starting from the top one, so you can break them all. They all contain crystals. Exit through the door and grab the balloon to go down to the lower level. Exit the door opposite the one you entered.
In front of you are a Gobbo prisoner in a cage and a button. Press the button to make a platform descend and climb onto it to ascend to the upper level. Here you will find two chests, with the pink crystal and the yellow crystal on top. Break the crates to get more crystals. Then search behind the gong, without hitting it, to find a silver key. At this point, go back down and free the captive Gobbo. Press the button again to drop the platform and go back upstairs. This time, go through the crystal door on the right.
Here you will have to face another minigame. Pressing the button in front of you will bring up three square switches. In front of you are three wells, from which sheep will sprout. You will have to make these sheep disappear by jumping from time to time on the relative switch. The right switch will act on the well on the right, the one in the middle on the central well and so on. Timing is everything to get through this game. As the game progresses, the sheep will appear faster. In the end, based on how many sheep you have vanished, you will get a reward:
- 0 – 8: nothing
- 9 – 16: an extra life
- 17 – 24: two extra lives
- 25 – 32: Gobbo
To get the last Gobbo of this level it is therefore necessary to achieve a good score. After taking your reward, sound the gong to complete the level.
