Stage 26[edit]

Enemies: 166

Once your Fighters have come flying up into view from the bottom of the screen and the background has faded back in, two Asteroids shall fall down into view from the top of the screen; once you've fired enough shots at one (or both, if either of you has a Red Dual Fighter) of these to kill them, eight Green Goei, fourteen Zako, fifteen Tombows, fifteen Hotaru, eight Baby Moths, a Boss Galaga, two Boss Tentoumushi and an adult Moth will come flying down towards your Fighters from the top of the screen (if both players only have either a single, Blue Dual or Yellow Dual Fighter, the remaining Asteroid shall land at the bottom of the screen, and start moving to the right or left towards your Fighters at this point). Once you have fired a single shot at each of the non-Boss enemies to kill them (and two shots at each of the Boss enemies and the adult Moth to kill them) the remaining Asteroid will explode as a third Asteroid comes flying down towards your Fighters from the top of the screen - and once you have fired enough shots at it to kill it, it will leave a Galboss behind, which will fly off the top of the screen. Once you have fired a shot at it to kill it a fourth Asteroid will come flying down towards your Fighters from the top of the screen; once you've fired enough shots at it to kill it, it shall leave three more Galbosses behind which will fly off the left side, top and right side of the screen. Once you have fired a shot at each of them to kill them nine wormholes will open up in the centre of the screen as fifteen more Zako, eight more Green Goei, and a Boss Choucho emerge from them and circle around - and once you've fired out a single shot at as many of the non-Boss enemies as you can to kill them (with two shots at the Boss Choucho to kill him), any remaining enemies shall take their places in the formation. A tenth wormhole will then open up in the centre of the screen as a thirtieth Zako, four more Green Goei and three more Boss Choucho emerge from it to circle around in an anticlockwise direction, while firing a hail of bullets down at you; once you have fired a single shot at as many of the non-Boss enemies as you can to kill them (and two shots at as many of the Boss Choucho as you can to kill them), a maximum of one Boss Choucho will fly off the top of the screen. Once you have fired two shots at him to kill him, any remaining enemies in the formation shall start to attack your Fighters - and once you have fired a single shot at all the remaining non-Boss enemies to kill them (along with two shots at all of the remaining Boss Choucho to kill them) nine more wormholes will open in the centre of the screen, as sixteen more Hotaru, eight more Tombows, and another Boss Galaga emerge from them and circle around while firing another hail of bullets down at you. Once you fire a single shot at as many of the non-Boss enemies as you can to kill them and two shots at the Boss Galaga to kill him, a maximum of eight Hotaru and two Tombows will fly down towards your Fighters (the others will take their places for a second formation); once you have fired a shot at each of them to kill them any remaining enemies in the second formation will start to attack your Fighters. Once you have fired a single shot at each of them to kill them, a fifth Asteroid will come flying down towards your Fighters from the top of the screen - and once you have fired enough shots at it to kill it a twentieth wormhole shall open up in the centre of the screen as twenty-eight more Baby Moths, four more Boss Choucho, and four more Zako emerge from it to circle around while firing a third hail of bullets down at you. Once you fire off a single shot at as many of the non-Boss enemies as you can to kill them, a maximum of one Zako will fly off the screen's left side, while a maximum of the other three will fly down towards your Fighters (all others will take their places in a third formation); once you've fired a shot at each of them, to kill them, any remaining enemies in the third formation shall start to attack your Fighters. Once you have fired a single shot at each of the remaining non-Boss enemies to kill them (and two shots at each of the remaining Boss Choucho to kill them), your Fighters will fly up off the top of the screen as the text "STAGE CLEAR!!" appears on it - and they'll then go to the twenty-seventh stage of this game (which has eighteen more enemies than this one).

Stage 27[edit]

Enemies: 184

Once your Fighters have come flying up into view from the bottom of the screen and the background has faded back in, the text "ENEMY-COMB ZONE" will appear on the screen; fourteen wormholes will now open up in the centre of the screen as four Boss Tentoumushi, two Yuubaku Mushi, sixteen Two-Coloured Tentoumushi and twenty Hotaru emerge from them, fly down, fly up, and circle around while firing a hail of bullets down at you. Once you have fired a single shot at as many of the non-Boss enemies as you can, to kill them (along with two shots at as many of the Boss Tentoumushi as you can to kill them), a maximum of of both Yuubaku Mushi, four Two-Coloured Tentoumushi and four Hotaru will fly down towards your Fighters - and once you've fired a shot at each of them to kill them the other remaining enemies shall take their places in the formation. Any remaining enemies in the formation will now begin to attack the Fighters; once you have fired a single shot at each of the remaining non-Boss enemies to kill them (and two shots at each of the remaining Boss enemies to kill them), a fifteenth wormhole will open at the top of the screen, as twenty-one Green Goei and three more Yuubaku Mushi emerge from it in all sixteen directions, and circle around while firing another hail of bullets down at you. Once you have fired a shot at as many of them as you can to kill them, any remaining ones will fly down towards your Fighters; once you have fired a shot at each of these to kill them, a seventeenth wormhole shall open up at the top of the screen as twelve more Hotaru and twelve more Two-Coloured Tentoumushi emerge from it and circle around while firing a third hail of bullets down at you. Once you've fired a shot at as many of these as you can to kill them, a maximum of four Two-Coloured Tentoumushi shall fly down towards the Fighters (the other remaining enemies shall take their places in another formation) - and once you have fired a shot at each of them to kill them, four Boss Choucho will emerge from the sixteenth wormhole in the diagonal directions, and circle around while firing a fourth hail of bullets down at you. Once you've fired two shots at as many of them as you can to kill them, any remaining ones shall take their places in the second formation; all remaining enemies in this second formation will now start to attack the Fighters. Once you've fired a shot at each of the remaining non-Boss enemies to kill them (along with two shots at all remaining Boss Choucho to kill them), four more Boss Tentoumushi, thirteen more Hotaru, seven Zako, and eight more Green Goei will fly down into view from the top of the screen while making several 90-degree turns to change direction (and firing a fifth hail of bullets down at you) - and once you have fired a single shot at as many of the non-Boss enemies as you can to kill them (and two shots at as many of the Boss Tentoumushi as you can to kill them) a maximum of one Boss Tentoumushi shall fly off the left side of the screen (the others will take their places in a third formation). Once you have fired two shots at him to kill him, any remaining enemies in the third formation shall start to attack your Fighters; once you have fired a single shot at every remaining non-Boss enemy to kill him (and two shots at every remaining Boss Tentoumushi to kill him), sixteen more Green Goei, eight more Tombows, four more Boss Choucho, and six more Two-Coloured Tentoumushi will come flying into view from the left and right sides of the screen and circle around while firing a sixth hail of bullets down at you. Once you fire a single shot at as many of the non-Boss enemies as you can to kill them (and two shots at as many of the Boss Choucho as you can to kill them), a maximum of two Tombows will fly down towards the Fighters (the others will take their places in a fourth formation) - and once you have fired off a shot at both of them to kill them, any remaining enemies in the fourth formation shall start to attack your Fighters. Once you've fired a single shot at each of the remaining non-Boss enemies to kill them (with two shots at each of the remaining Boss Choucho to kill them), your Fighters will fly up off the top of the screen as the text "STAGE CLEAR!!" gets displayed on it.

Stage 30 (Final Stage)[edit]

Enemies: 69-149

Once your Fighters have come flying up into view from the bottom of the screen, the two texts of "BEAT KING-GALASPARK!" and "FINAL STAGE" shall appear on the screen; a Goei, a Zako, a Green Tombow, an Amembo, two Boss Galagas and two Boss Tentoumushi will then come flying into view from the top, left side and right side of the screen, then circle around while firing a hail of bullets down at you. Once you have fired a single shot at as many of the non-Boss enemies as you can to kill them (and two shots at as many of the Boss enemies as you can to kill them), any remaining ones will take their places in the formation - and any remaining enemies in the formation shall now begin to attack the Fighters. Once you have fired a single shot at each of the remaining non-Boss enemies to kill them (and two shots at each of the remaining Boss enemies to kill them), King Galaspark himself will come flying down into view from the top of the screen while firing another hail of bullets down at you, accompanied by two Enormous Bees who will attack by spitting four spreading projectiles at you; you shall receive 10 points for each time you shoot King Galaspark as he bounces around at the top of the screen, and once you have fired enough shots at both of the Enormous Bees to kill them, a maximum of nine more pairs will come flying down into view from the top of the screen to take their place (but only one at a time). Once you've fired enough shots at the final pair of Enormous Bees to kill them, four more Zako, four more Goei, four more Amembo, four more Green Tombows, two more Boss Galagas, and two more Boss Tentoumushi shall fly down (and up) into view from the top, left side and right side of the screen, and circle around while firing a third hail of bullets down at you - and once you fire enough shots at as many of the non-Boss enemies as you can to kill them (along with two shots at as many of the Boss enemies as you can to kill them), a maximum of two of each non-Boss enemy and one of each Boss enemy will fly off the left and right sides of the screen (the others will take their places in another formation). Once you have fired a single shot at each of the non-Boss enemies to kill them (and two shots at both of the Boss enemies to kill them) any remaining enemies in the second formation shall start to attack the Fighters; once you've fired off a shot at each of the remaining non-Boss enemies to kill them, and two shots at each of the remaining Boss enemies to kill them a maximum of five more groups of Zako, Goei, Amembo, Green Tombows, Boss Galagas and Boss Tentoumushi shall fly into view from the top, left side and right side of the screen to take their place (again, only one at a time, and a maximum of two of each non-Boss enemy and one of each Boss enemy shall again fly off the left and right sides of the screen each time). Once you fire off a single shot at each of the remaining non-Boss enemies, and two shots at each of the remaining Boss enemies, in the last formation to kill them it shall just be your Fighters against King Galaspark - and once you have fired enough shots at King Galaspark in order to make him turn red, he will occasionally stop bouncing around to spit thirty-two projectiles at you, then fly down towards your Fighters and fly back up to the top of the screen. Once you've fired enough shots at him to defeat him he'll explode; your Fighters will then fly up off the top of the screen as the text "STAGE CLEAR!!" appears on it. You will then receive a "Stock Bonus" of 100000 (or 10000 if you ran out of lives at any time and chose to continue) points for every life you have remaining and a "Time Bonus" which is determined by how long it took you to finish the game (and although the maximum value is 200000, you'll end up with less) - and the text "TIMER COMMAND LRLR1212" shall now appear at the bottom of the screen (L means to push the joystick left, while R means to push it right, and 1 and 2 mean the 1 and 2 Player Buttons, respectively). If you enter this code on the title screen the next time you play the game, your playing time shall be displayed at the bottom of the screen during gameplay; the game will then proceed to the ending sequence:

GAME OVER

After the credits have finished, the text "RESULTS" will appear on the screen with your (or both players', in a two-player game) amount(s) of shots fired, number(s) of hits and hit-miss ratio(s) under it; the game will then go into high-score mode. Your (combined, in a two-player game) score will most likely be the highest on the cabinet to date, so you'll have twenty-one seconds to enter your initials at the top of the table with pride - and once you have done so, the game will return to the Namco Classics Collection Vol. 1 attract mode, and put an end to the Galaxian series after sixteen years and seven titles.
