Here, you must ride a magic carpet to avoid being eaten by a giant worm. All the while, you must avoid flame jets on the floor that will instantly incinerate you and your carpet, as well as fireballs being shot out of the walls. This level hosts an optional item which will affect the game's ending. There is also a hidden coffee pot item as an easter egg, and is useful later in the game.

As soon as you arrive to this room, you are attacked by a troll. Dodge its hits once or twice until Ulindor saves you. Talk to him, and he will give you a magic carpet which will help you avoid the worms. Proceed to the NE and go to the next room.

In the new room, operate the carpet. Have in mind that once you use it, it will last for 20 seconds. Controls are very tricky as the keys are used not only for steering, but also accelerating. In order to deccelerate, just press another (or the opposite) direction. Don't accelerate because this means losing your control, and hiting the walls will make you bounce like a ball.

The little star-shape below you helps you understand what is directly below you. The main problem here is not to fly above the fire spouts as they burn you immediately. To add insult to injury, some spouts are invisible as they are "behind" the wall. The fireballs are the least concern for now. Fly to the NW, then the SW. Ignore the door, unless you don't care about the optimal ending, or are desperate, and reach the SW corner of the room. Try to fly above the object, and you find Ana's ring, which will enable to optimal ending. This part is a bit tricky as it's very easy to hit the walls and bounce. Now make your way back to the door. Open your inventory to operate again the carpet in order to stand on your feet and be able to open the door, and enter the next room.

Normally, very few seconds must remain for the carpet. Notice that the blonde woman is momentarily again seen behind the corner. Operate the carpet again and as fast as possible fly to the NE until you approach the door on your right. You will be lucky if the carpet disappears when you are as close to the door as possible. Enter it, and you will be safe.

The new room has a hay pile and a ladder downwards. Unless you have very few health left, use the hay (or you can use it again after the following battle). Then go below.

You will be attacked by a couple of Trolls. Survive long enough and if possible avoid both confrontations. Descend the hole below.

In the new room you finally meet the mysterious blonde woman who is none other than Ana, Dunric's daughter. She asks for her ring, which you should give to trigger the optimal ending, she gives you another ring in return (described as "gift" in the inventory which is however useless and disappears in the next level) and a hint on how to pass to the next level. If you don't have her ring, or you refuse to give it, she will leave disappointed, and you will see the secondary ending.

Proceed to the next room where you will see one more triangular shape. Follow Ana's instructions and walk around the circle clockwise three times, or at least until an exit opens automatically, leading to the next level.
