In the first game, you only visited a mall in New York. Now you'll finally get to see the streets in all their glory. Take a stroll along Riverside Park, take a gander at the giant triangle known as Joey's Sculpture, or check out the massive billboard at the east. No subway or Brooklyn Banks, unfortunately, but there's still plenty to skate on.

Scores: 50,000, 125,000, and 250,000[edit]

Cash Rewards: $2500, $3000, and $4000

There are a lot of grindable objects and wide open spaces in this level, so high rail and manual stats are recommended for this level. From the start, you can grind the brick walls that make up the border of the park. When you see a park entrance, ollie with a flip trick and land back with another grind. You can keep grinding when you come across the corner and jump off with another flip trick and a manual. Another good line is in the park. Take a left into the entrance when you start to find a long blue bench. Grind that bench, ollie with a flip trick, grind the railing near the water, ollie and trick again, grind another bench, ollie and flip once more, and grind the blue rail that leads to the park exit. If you're willing, you can manual across the street to the large gray quarterpipes on the sidewalk and end it all with a vert trick.

There aren't a lot of quarterpipes to do air tricks in the main area. There's the huge brick QP in the park and getting big air on it can add a gap to your trick list. There's also the QPs down at Joey's Sculpture that can be used to go back and forth as long as you avoid the pole holding up the structure. You can also use the rails or benches, manual to the QPs, and do a big-scoring air trick. Ultimately, street tricks are far more beneficial than vert tricks in this level, but there are a few places where your skater can try getting air.

Collect S-K-A-T-E[edit]

Cash Reward: $2000

Most of the S-K-A-T-E letters are floating around in Riverside Park, which is a pretty small area. You should be able to get them all in 30 seconds if you don't bail.

  • The letter T.
S: The S should be in front of you when you start, just over the park entrance. Grind the brick wall and ollie to reach it.
  • K: While grinding, you should see the K above the giant brick quarterpipe. You can either jump down to your left and use the QP to get it or keep grinding, ollie to the wall perpendicular to you, and ollie again to get the K.
  • A: Drop down to the Blue Cow area and go under the bridge, following the path. The A is on a blue bench near the path.
  • T: Make a right turn toward the path adjacent to the water and keep going to find the T on a blue rail.
  • E:: Finally, leave the park to discover two large quarterpipes with some space in the middle. Air off one quarterpipe to reach the E between them.

Ollie the Hydrants[edit]

Cash Reward: $1250

The first hydrant.

There are three hydrants on the sidewalks that you can ollie over. For this goal to count, your ollie has to knock the hydrant off its position and cause water to gush out.

  1. From your starting point, just skate forward and you should eventually see the first one coming up.
  2. After that, keep going ahead and cross over the road. Make a right turn down the sidewalk and the second one will be at the end of the road.
  3. Finally, turn around and continue down 125th Street. You'll find the final hydrant near a quarterpipe on the sidewalk.

Collect 5 Subway Tokens[edit]

Cash Reward: $2000

To access the subway, you need to find 5 tokens scattered throughout the level. Unlike the S-K-A-T-E letters, these collectibles are all over the map, so keep your eyes peeled for these coins.

  1. The final subway token.
At the start, turn slightly to the right to find two kickers on the road. Jump off one kicker to get the first token.
  2. After that jump, turn right to find a slope that leads down with a rail in the middle. Grind this rail to get to the second token.
  3. Turn back around to the road and take a right to the intersection. Take a left when you get on the sidewalk and you should find the third token between another set of kickers.
  4. Keep going north and then turn to the left to find a wooden ramp against the park wall. Launch off that ramp with an ollie to get the fourth token. It might take a couple of tries since there's little time to adjust your skater to face the token.
  5. Lastly, go to the park's bridge and grind the side that isn't broken for the fifth token.

50-50 Joey's Sculpture[edit]

Cash Reward: $2500

At the start, cross the street at your right sde and you should find a huge metal triangle. Ollie over the rail and perform a 50-50 on top of the statue. Grind all the way down and land to get this goal. If you're having trouble landing on the statue, align yourself with one of the lines on the sidewalk for reference.

Wrangle the Blue Cow[edit]

Moo Cow

Cash Reward: $2000

Since there's no subway in this version, there's no subway rails to grind. Instead, there's a blue cow statue in Riverside Park and three gaps associated with it.

  • Blue Cow: Use the statue's base to jump over the cow from the northeast side to the southwest side or vice versa.
  • Moo Cow: Use the statue's base to jump over the cow from the northwest side to the southeast side or vice versa.
  • Steer Clear: Use the statue's base to jump on the cow's spine and grind it. It may take a few tries as it's easy to overshoot it.

Find the Secret Tape[edit]

The tape on the fire escape.

Cash Reward: $2000

The secret tape is hidden way high up a fire escape at the east side of the level. This is the hardest goal of the game, so getting there will take a lot of speed, rail balance, and wallriding. Get to the three-way intersection at the east part of the map and turn to the left to find two kickers. Facing south, use one of the kickers to wallride up to a pipe and grind it. When you reach the end, wallride again and ollie to a giant billboard that reads "Where's Rio?" Grind the top of that and wallride again when you're at the very end. The timing window of this final wallride is very small, so it will take a few tries. Wallie at the highest point of your wallride and you should reach the tape high up on the fire escape.

100% Goals and Cash[edit]

Cash Reward: $1250

These money icons are very spread out with a few of them at the edges of the map. A couple of them are even very high up, meaning you'll need good speed and air stats to reach them.

  • $50: The first one is at the south area to the right of Joey's Sculpture. There is a bench between two rails down there and one of the rails has the first cash icon.
  • $50: The second one is also at the south area to the right of Joey's Sculpture. At the set of quarterpipes against the south wall, go to the rightmost one to find the next $50. If you need extra speed to reach it, go down the slope that's across the QP.
  • $50: In the park, the fourth $50 is floating between a bench and a rail near the water.
  • $50: At the east side of the map near a hydrant, there are two benches with a $50 between then. The benches aren't high enough to reach it; you'll have to wallride over a bench and wallie toward the cash.
  • A $100 above the water.
$50: At the east side of the map, you should see a slope that leads up to a lone bench and a bunch of railings. Grind one of the railings until you reach the corner and make an angled jump for the final $500. If you grind the long rail, jump left. If you grind the short rail, jump right.
  • $100: The first one is at the middle of Joey's Sculpture. Grind the structure to reach it.
  • $100: The park has a $100 floating above the water. You'll have to grind the railing and jump toward the cash at the right time. Even if you fall into the water, as long as you get the cash, it'll count.
  • $100: The last $100 is on the middle of the billboard that reads "Where's Rio?" To reach it, you'll have to use the kickers on the east sidewalk. Facing south, use one of the kickers to wallride up to a pipe and grind it. When you reach the end, wallride again and ollie to the billboard, landing in another grind. You should get the $100 from there.

Gaps[edit]

Air Gaps[edit]

  • Kick It: From the starting point, skate ahead to find two kickers on the road. Jump from one to the other.
  • Cool Breeze Gap: In the park, you'll find a bridge with a piece broken off. Jump over the gap left behind.
  • Blue Cow: Use the statue's base to jump over the cow from the northeast side to the southwest side or vice versa.
  • Goin' Downtown
Pouncer Was Here: At the park's statue area, there is a huge brick quarterpipe. Get up speed and air up the quarterpipe. You'll need a high air stat for this one.
  • Moo Cow: Use the statue's base to jump over the cow from the northwest side to the southeast side or vice versa.
  • Goin' Downtown: At the intersection, go south and you should find a quarterpipe against the south boundary of the level. Air off the QP to the left and land on any of the QPs way below.
  • Ho-Hum: Across the north entrance of the park are two gray quarterpipes with some space between them on the sidewalk. Air from one to the other.

Grind Gaps[edit]

  • Cool Breeze Grind In the park, you'll find a bridge with a piece broken off. One side of the bridge has an intact railing you can grind.
  • Bench Hoppin': On the sidewalks surrounding Joey's Sculpture, there are benches. Grind one and hop to the other. You can also get this by grinding one of the blue benches in the park, then hopping to the left toward another blue bench right by the big rock.
  • Joey's Sculpture: From the starting point, cross the street to the sidewalk and you'll see a giant triangular statue. Grind it from top to bottom.
  • Park Entrance Gap: Grind the brick wall surrounding Riverside Park and hop over any of the entrances before grinding the wall again.
  • Plank Gap: Grind the brick wall surrounding Riverside Park and ollie over the entrance that has the wooden plank right by it.
  • Barhoppin': From the starting point, cross the road and skate on the sidewalk until you see a slope with a rail in the middle. Grind down this rail and hop to one of the diagonal rails below.
  • Steer Clear: Use the statue's base to jump on the cow's spine and grind it. It may take a few tries as it's easy to overshoot it.
  • To The Pipe: Go to the road intersection and take a left until you see two kickers on the sidewalk. Facing south, use one of the kickers to wallride up to a pipe and grind it.
  • Parking Violation
Don't Wet Your Pants: In the park, you'll find a rail protecting you from falling into the water and blue benches nearby. Grind a bench, then ollie toward the railing and grind that as well.
  • Rail 2 Bricks: In the park, there is a diagonal rail near a blue bench. Grind that rail and ollie to the brick wall for another grind.
  • Erutplucs Syeoj: From the starting point, cross the street to the sidewalk and you'll see a giant triangular statue. Go down to the bottom area and grind the pole holding up the statue, then ollie to grind the top of the statue to the very tip.
  • Parking Violation: From the starting point, cross the street to the sidewalk and grind the curb. You have to ollie over each parking meter as you grind to get this gap.
  • Yank Deez: After doing To The Pipe, wallride after reaching the end of the pipe and ollie to the billboard, landing in a grind.

Manual Gaps[edit]

  • Bridge Interrupted: Manual the bridge in Riverside Park. You'll have to jump over the hole and manual again when you land for this to count.
  • Walk the Plank: Manual the wooden plank that's near the north entrance of Riverside Park.

Lip Gaps[edit]

  • Phat Lip: Lip trick the giant brick quarterpipe near the blue cow.

Line Gaps[edit]

  • Walk in the Park: From the starting point, immediately wallride up the wall to the left of you and grind the top. Keep going all the way around until you reach the plank. There, you jump off to the left and grind the blue rail. After that, jump off the rail and grind the blue bench, then again for the railing near the water, and again for another blue bench.
  • Manhattan Sky Line: Get to the three-way intersection at the east part of the map and turn to the left to find two kickers. Facing south, use one of the kickers to wallride up to a pipe and grind it. When you reach the end, wallride again and ollie to a giant billboard that reads "Where's Rio?" Grind the top of that and ollie off the end, grinding the fire escape. Be careful of the big drop warning once you get off the fire escape and you'll have this line cleared.
