This is the final level, and it's a fairly short one, but has lots of tough monsters. Head northwards and then through one of the side doors adjoining the bridges, leading into the big pillar laden area. There are a bunch of big enemies are here, including Illwhyrin, who you should focus your attacks on. She is not messing around this time, so use all your potions and powerups, and when you kill her, she will drop the final pentagram. Grab it and take it to the big door at the far north, through which you'll find a pad with a horned skull. Bring the pentagram here to exit.
